“Went into this store for my birthday and immediately was greeted by a wonderful worker with amazing red curly hair, didn't get her name ? she said welcome in, what are you guys up to today? I told her it was my birthday and I had a gift card, she proceeded to wish me a happy birthday, tell me about items in the store and more deals with the app! She was so great! Then a few minutes later my daughter asked a question about possible product and the next thing I see is her phone is out and they are exchanging stories, ideas and laughing. I LOVE this customer service. There was another gal there who was helping customers too and she would multitask with the best of them. When she would pass me she would say little informational blurps. Very kind, very upbeat. Will definitely go back!!! ?”

“The staff here made my son feel like a complete superstar shopping for back to school shoes. They were so helpful grabbing sizes(it took us a while) and just so nice! They had some deal that if you bought a pair of shoes it was 30% off a book bag.
They had a decent selection of Van shoes and clothing as well. Reasonable prices per usual Van prices, just a Really nice spot ? Highly recommend if your looking for Van's.
Also the fellow at the cash had the most contagious laugh and I give him 5 stars alone!”

“I just went in to Loft at the Clackamas town center to look for slacks to wear to my new job. For reference, I am about 6’0” tall, and I have looked everywhere for slacks that fit. I came in today and the women that helped me out were so kind, looked up every single pant I tried on to ensure they came in talls, and took the time to point out pants in store that ran long. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I need business casual wear!”

“Can't believe I've never written a review for this place! I LOVE it! First of all, the staff. Everyone is so very kind and they really make you feel important during your visit. They're very knowledgeable on sizes and fits and they're an absolute delight!! The store itself always has the latest fashion and these clothes really make me feel good about myself. I used to hide my body in cheaply made clothes 2x my size, now I show off my figure in fashionable clothes that are made well and are soooo cute! Every time I go to the mall I HAVE to visit Torrid. You just never know what perfect outfit you'll lay your eyes on!”
