This location is amazing!! Austin was integral in helping me get my glasses right after we found out my pupils were Way High and Dr. Nguyen was so kind in our follow-up exam appointment!! Everyone that works here has been nothing short of very kind of very empathetic, and we were able to get my two glasses for a super affordable price!!! I definitely recommend them, anyone you’ll have the pleasure to work wiith will make sure you leave happy and sighted!
(They also did my husband’s glasses perfect, too! That’s 4 out of 4 pairs of glasses!)

They were amazing all the way through! Every single staff member and doctor was so nice, helpful, educated us, and made us feel good about our purchase. Great deals! And Austin specifically went well out of his way. He figured out an issue no other doctor or specialist has seemed to be able to pin down for my wife. Now she can actually see. They performed when others couldn’t or wouldn’t. These guys will make sure it’s right! Just be patient and they will work with you — they are so worth it, especially working with you as a human, your needs medically and emotionally, and your budget. I never once felt pressured, only encouraged. We got four pairs of glasses (two clear, two sun) and we love all four!

My worst experience of ordering glasses in 27 years, the staff are very neutral even though I never saw any other customers in the store they seem to be so reluctant to take care of you.I had serious problems with my glasses and they simply said the center of the lens doesn’t match with your pupils so we have to adjust it and after that half of the glasses were in my forehead!!! And when I complained that I have issues with the height and was about to fall several times on the stairs they told me I have to bend my neck 90 degrees and look down!!!Anyway after several times of visiting the store they agreed to rebuild the lens and the new ones have the same issue things are deeper than they actually are.They told me there’s nothing they can do about it and they can refund my money but not the money that my insurance has paid them!!! I don’t have vision insurance anymore and they stuffed up everything for me!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service, selection and value I received here. I was especially grateful to the kind manager Zachary (photo) who made my visit so enjoyable. He was both meticulous and friendly. Austin, as well, was patient with my questions, explaining the differences between using bifocals and progressive lens. Having never worn them, I was advised to keep my glasses on as much as possible so my eyes could learn how to use this new type of lens. It took a few days, but I've finally caught on to it. I love not having to swap between reading and driving glasses! My eyewear arrived at the store in less than a week (quicker than estimated) and picking them up was a breeze. I have received some pretty outrageous quotes from other eyeglass stores for a simple pair of *single* lens glasses. Elsewhere I've been subjected to high pressure sales tactics to get me to upgrade. After my VSP vision benefits, my exam and glasses (with "designer" frames no less) came to only $122! They made a loyal customer.

The team that services the Walmart Vision & Glasses in Happy Valley (off SE 82nd Ave) are professional, courteous and exceptionally customer service oriented. I accidentally stood on my frames, bent them out of shape, and Austin not only repaired them, but provided so much additional customer service such as providing me with all my warranty options etc.. without taking any more of my time, that I left a very satisfied customer. Thank you, Austin for the exceptional customer services.(In a world where there is much competition, customer service is what brings customers back, and I highly recommend them for your eye ware needs)

Have been a long time patient and customer at this location after previously great experiences in Florida. The team, both Drs and the Optician staff, are terrific. Today I came in with two of my pairs of eyeglasses. One I had stepped on and broken the frame and one had a nosepiece that fell off. I was seen right away and met with Will. I have worked with him before and always find him to be very pleasant, patient and friendly as well as very professional with great attention to detail. He made sure my replacement frames fit perfectly. Making several adjustments to the earpieces. I have a wide face and Walmart Vision Center is one of the very few places I can find a good selection. I also have severe astigmatism in one eye so only certain frames will support that much thicker lens. The task of bringing that together had been hard to find at other stores. Walmart Vision Center has secured my business going forward for sure. Knowing I have that and a one year warranty on my glasses gives me tremendous peace of mind. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life. I realize many times the only time you hear from customers is to complain. I want to highlight that this team consistently goes above and beyond to problem solve and create a satisfying customer experience. One I am exceedingly thankful for. Thank you Will, Linda and Alyssa. I am delighted to thank you for excellent service and will see you all again when I am due for my next eye exam and glasses later this summer.

My replacement lenses that were ordered under warranty arrived quickly. When I went to pick up my lenses, the technician, Will was helpful in getting my lenses switched out quickly while I waited.
