Pretty straight forward. They found my prescription from an out-of-state Walmart, and had my contacts in stock. Easy peezy.

My replacement lenses that were ordered under warranty arrived quickly. When I went to pick up my lenses, the technician, Will was helpful in getting my lenses switched out quickly while I waited.
