This Walgreens on Sunnyside rd is always closing early.
I'm a night person and dont go out to run errands till late.
In the past 3 weeks this store has been closed early 3 times for no reason?
Closed at 9:30pm twice and one time at 9pm. I came to the store the first time at 9:15pm, store closed with sign saying closing at 9:30pm.
Not a person in the store or a car in the parking lot?
The next day when I question staff they just give me the deer in the headlight look and shrug their shoulders.
What happened to customer service, what happen to caring about your customer, what happened to a simple I'm sorry this happen to you.
I ended up having to drive to Vancouver, Washington to get the sports wraps I need to wrap my legs that have vien disease.
I called and drove around to only find what I needed in another state that charges sales tax on goods.
The Vancouver Walgreens on 164th ave where pleasant on the phone and in person.
Very disappointed with Walgreens on Sunnyside rd in Happy Valley, Oregon.
Save yourself the trip and find another store.

I came to return my purсhase on July 5, 2024, the packs were sealed, I didn’t open them, I showed the receipt, Chris and the seller (a blonde woman) did not accept the return, and your law says that I can return it. Very poor service and incompetent employees. My check expires on July 9, I will have to go again and print Policy so that the employees read and know their responsibilities.

Wendy’s, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, have figured out how to use a drive through window without making people turn off their car. It’s 2024. Just saying.

This is for the pharmacy, I went to pick up an emergency prescription for my girlfriend and they decided to close 2 hours early because of staffing without adjusting the hours displayed anywhere except in store. I get being understaffed, but you're a pharmacy people need medication, you STAY open

The one check out clerk was in a long drawn out conversation in Spanish to one customer while there was a very long line of people waiting.

Worst customer service I ever experienced when it comes to loading money on a card. The manager said he can't help me and I went to different location and they were able to help me out. I don't know what the manager problem was but I wish he will be replaced.

DO NOT GO HERE! after 3 weeks of going back and forth between my dogs vet approving multiple requests for 1 single refill and walgreens saying it was denied, I finally just got a new script and went to fred meyers..The pharmacy techs I spoke with were INCREDIBLY rude as well, not answering questions (literally just staying silent when you ask a question on the phone). Plus when you call there is a 30+ minute wait.I'm suspicious that the pharmicists/techs are taking the narcotic pills and telling customers the refills are denied. ..VERY SHADY!!!!!!!!!!

Can’t get through to the pharmacy. I call. The IVR statement says it can’t help and it will get a human in the line. Then I’m stuck on hold. Once, when I got through the hold queue, a human on the other end just picked up their phone, then put me back on hold. This repeated three times until the phone system patched me through to another line that just rang for two minutes until I was disconnected. This is worse than negligence or disorganization. This is active malice.People need their pharmaceuticals.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are great. They try their best and I appreciate the work they do. They clearly are battling many other larger issues within the health system than what meets the eye. I am ok being patient for them. This review is about a clear system issue Walgreens has. They obviously don’t provide their staff the time and resources to be successful. They need to hire more staff and I can see why the pharmacy teams want to unionize. If a team is failing, look at the leader.

Similar to others—I was on hold for 1 hr, then someone picked up and hung up. Called back, been another 50mins. I give up.

This pharmacy is constantly understaffed. We've done business there for many years, but it's gotten to the point where the customer service is at a zero. If you need to call about a prescription, you're on hold forever until they disconnect. It's now unusual to find more than one person working. How accurate could they be if they are spread so thin. This could be a life-threatening situation. I've got choices, and it's time to give up on them.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. My doctor tried calling here for hours and wasn't able to send a prescription here. When you're waiting for a prescription, you hear the phone going off the entire time with absolutely no one even trying to answer it. They don't care and it's awful

The store hours listed that they were open till 10pm. I went to pick up some things at 9:15pm and they were closed. They need to fix the hours listed if they are not going to stay open until their listed times. I wasted so much time making the trip in to pickup items when they weren’t even open.

Pharmacy is consistently understaffed. Wait time to pickup Rx is unreasonable. Will be taking my business to another pharmacy.
