Hi, I just wanted to let everybody know I've been going to this nail salon for a while. I always get very good service. The ladies are very friendly there. My nails always look very nice when I leave.

Pam is incredible, a savvy business person but more than that, a great person to be around. Not to mention she's very good at her work! Just got a gel mani this time but looking forward to mani/Pedi double play!

I've been here a few times and I always enjoy interacting w the nail technicians because they're all really friendly and easy to talk to. Sometimes they can handle you a little rough, like there was some cream the lady put on my feet today for a pedicure, and it made only one of my toe start to burn, and when I pulled my foot out of the water to touch it, and figure out what was going on she got in my hand away a couple times lol.. and also there was a few times where she was kind of rough filing my nails or dig in the dirt out from under them, and then when she got all the rough skin off the bottom of my feet, she showed it to me, and she said "I'm saving for you" and I don't know if she was joking or being sarcastic lol Other than that, I really like the atmosphere I like coming in there and seeing so many different types of people I often see a lot of males in there and elderly people getting their nails done and everybody gets treated equally and there's a Pho place next door, and I was told if you order food while you're getting your nails done that they will bring the food over to you while you were getting your nails done and you can have lunch and get your nails done which I thought was pretty neat!

UPDATE: I went in to explain what had happened, I showed them my attempts at reaching them a month ago, I showed them the photos of my nails with visibly scratchy and rough tips... and the photo of my bloody eyebrow. They offered my an $8 discount on a pedicure. I told them really nicely, and calmly that I didn't think that was appropriate, but they wouldn't take responsibility for their bad work.So: Bloody eyebrow, manicure that was unfinished (I ended up just cutting off my nails)... and I get a $8 discount. This means I have no choice but to change my three stars to one.If you go here, you might catch them on a good day and everything will be fine.... but you might also catch them when they're rushed, or not paying attention to what they're doing. Good luck!Original review a month ago:I sure wanted to love this place... I really did. But perhaps because I was the last client of the day, the lady who did my nails might have been in a rush... but she didn't smooth out the top of my nails... so, they've been catching on most materials... I've had that awful feeling of rough tips... and have to even avoid fine fabrics -- these nails will totally ruin them. I texted the lady who did my nails (I had her number because she called me prior to the appointment) and I just asked her to redo them anytime... No reply. Nothing.there is nothing worse than the tips of nails that aren't smooth. Just an awful feeling. Even in bed -- my nails rub against the sheet -- it literally wakes me up. Yuck.Also, she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done. I bled in one spot afterwards.I think she was just rushed, trying to get home... but I paid $40 for those two things. I rarely get this kind of stuff done... and I'm not loaded. So it's a big disappointment.

I got toe nail fungus on my big toe from this place I've never got this before from any nail place. Another thing is they tried to charge me a higher priced pedicure not what I received. They reused a hot towel after they put it on another person put it back in the heat and reused it. NEVER going back there. GROSS!!

Pam & her girls are the best! You can order food from pho van3 & have Vietnamese food and a refreshing avocado smoothie while you get a pedicure sitting in a massage chair it's so relaxing. Try it tell em Clark sent you!

Visiting from out of town and didn't have time for mani when I left home. Walked in after breakfast across the street and they took me for a gel mani right away. One of the most well paced, thorough, quality gel manis I've ever received. Did not feel rushed. Thank you!

sad because they are very nice people. fungus grew under my nails (after the 3rd time going here in a row). They refused to compensate and told me it was "water damage"
