If i could give 1 star i would bc that’s how my experience was at this ulta, i am an employee of this mall as well and once i walked in with my friends they began staring at us like we were lions in a zoo. racial profiling at its finest, i didn’t think that’s what it was until i read other reviews talking abt similar experiences and also being poc i felt very unwelcomed and didn’t even want to buy anything anymore (i was holding a pair of lashes, lip gloss, and a $5 lip liner) i put them all down and told my friends i wanted to leave she said okay but she wanted to look at shampoo i had recommended her so obviously we went to the back and all of a sudden boom 5 people on us like we could stuff big shampoo bottles in my small shoulder coach bags it was like sharks smelling blood in water. we gave them no reason to think we were stealing expect for the fact that we are 18 and poc and brown women. once we left one of their employees went out their way to get out behind the registers to greet me at the door before we left and ask me “so no for the lashes today” NOT WITH THE WAY YALL TREATING ME RIGHT NOW. will never be coming back to this store ever again, sephora will be taking the money yall thought i didn’t have.

I walked in to Ulta not knowing a single thing about makeup.
Logan was so helpful and very knowledgeable on all the products.
He helped me pick everything I needed and shade match. The whole package deal! Left the store feeling very confident.
Had the best experience and will definitely be coming back.

Getting the Top Notch service from Astrid was amazing they need to hire more customer service agents like!!!! Smiling and giving me the discount after few phone calls was very patient with us ??? 5 star ratings for her and the crew that helped us

2 things 1. Ale I believe her name is was amazing and helpful would 100% come back to see her again if I need anything from ulta. But the other thing, this girl I believe when I asked her name it was Kennedy, she kept calling the girl helping me either dead eye…, or Cynthia…. And kept interrupting her in helping me calling her by one of those names. But not only did she make me extremely uncomfortable I could tell she made the poor girl uncomfortable too. I’d fix that or get rid of the girl because I unfortunately won’t be coming back due to that experience.

Big Thanks tonight 4/6 around 6:30 I came in looking for my absolute favorite perfume of all time, The Nemat Amber roll on perfume!! The wonderful makeup artist worker with beautiful pastel unicorn hair went above and beyond helping me find this perfume! You are the best and your help meant a lot to how much effort you put into looking! Thank you so much for your help! Give this person a raise!

I accidentally got charged twice for my purchase on 3/23. Mistakes happen, I completely understand. The part that infuriated me is that no one reached out to resolve the issue. Store manager was told to contact me and nothing. I came into the store and was told I have to call. I called and no help. Emailed and again, no help.So I ended up coming in and returning the items to get my money back. AFTER my return ( I have the receipt and all) Ulta cancelled my return! I don’t have the products or my money back. Shocked out of my mind. I had to file a claim. Super disappointed and will never shop here again. Sale associates are nice and helpful but shocked by the treatment of corporate regarding my issue.

Great customer service Ale( sp?) was super helpful. Usually I have search for some when I have questions at least at other Ultas. She got to me first. We had some good laughs (doodoo) ? along the way. Give this girl a raise!
