“LOVE THIS SHOP!!! I can't say enough good things about this service shop and the family that owns/works it. My sister and I were going to embark on a coast to coast road trip in a 23 year old truck. I knew that the truck had brake issues, which is why we had it towed into Cooke's Brake Service. Pat offered to look the truck over for any other issue that it might have that could cause us trouble on our trip. They worked with our tight time schedule and fix a couple other issues that helped us to have a most enjoyable and trouble free trip. Bill let us know that if we ran into trouble on our way that we could call any of them for advice. What an incredible comfort that was to us. Great shop and amazing people. What more can I say other than the price was more than fair and the work exemplary!”

“So, I just wanted to give a shout out to Boyd Motor Werks for outstanding service. After a few years of getting gouged at the BMW dealerships I came across Boyd Motor Werks and never went back.A perfect example of the difference was a couple of years ago when my thermostat failed. Had I gone to a dealership I'm sure they would have convinced me to replace the water pump at the same time which would have costed me hundreds of dollars more. Eric insisted this was not necessary. I knew then and there that this was an honest shop.BMW's are great cars but they need scheduled maintenance if you want them to last. And to be frank, they aren't the cheapest vehicles to maintain. I think you will find you this shop to be highly skilled at what they do and you won't leave feeling you have been violated like I used to feel every time I left a BMW dealership. “I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.”

“I took my Ford Transit Connect to Advanced Transmission. From the first conversation I had with Steve I knew this was going to be a great experience. He took the time to talk with me and get the whole story behind my transmission issues. When I told him I was in somewhat of a hurry to get my van fixed because I had to leave in two weeks for a bike race I was participating in halfway across the country he assured me it would be done in time. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and I could tell he was genuine in his word. He hires really good workers who are also very nice and will do whatever it takes to make your experience a good one. I couldn't be happier, my van is still going strong, and there is no other place I would ever take a vehicle for transmission repair. Thank you Steve!!”

“I just can't say enough good things about Darrell, Trevor and the rest of the team at Precision. I've been taking my 2003 Audi to them for 17 years and we've been taking our Subaru for several more. With a 21 year old car, I'm sure they've had plenty of chances to do work that wasn't really necessary. I have always found them, though, completely honest and straightforward. Work is done as discussed, in a timely manner, and they are more than happy to answer all of my questions. In addition, they're just nice guys! I will genuinely miss visiting them, as my new car isn't one of the brands they service. (I really considered sticking with one they did!) You can't go wrong here.”

“The team at Lomeli's Auto Repair are awesome... I'm very glad to have found a reputable and professional shop in the Gresham area who I can whole-heartedly recommend!
We have been taking our vehicles to Lomeli's for a few years now, but I most recently had them do major engine repairs on my 2009 AWD Chevy Express passenger van... head gaskets blew and my heart sank. Luckily, I sprung for the warrantee when I bought the van last year... of course the warrantee co tried to wiesel out of covering any of the repairs, but Lomeli's acted as my advocate while dealing directly with them for me and held them to the letter of the contract (thank you Carlos!). Van now runs better than ever and I couldn't be more thankful!

“This place runs on a tight schedule. If the vehicle is dropped off on time it gets repaired and repaired right the first time. There is not much parking so they appreciate pick up on their schedule. They really value their customers and show their appreciation. They will work on 45 year old cars with internet sourced parts. No one else does this. Seem to specialize in old Towncars. But will work on All Cars.”

Junior quoted me on the phone, surpassed all my expectations of timelines and even went above and beyond by also getting my truck tuned.She runs like a top.
