“I took my VW Routan in twice for two unrelated problems..new radiatir/thermostat. Then on another visit my heater core hose and valve replacement. They were very courteous, professional and even showed me the problem under the hood. I didn't have a ride so they dropped me off at home (3 miles away) and picked me up the next day. Ithe shop and lobby are very clean and I would highly recommend this repair shop.”

“Toyota told us that 1 tire had 2 holes in it and that our tire thread was too low to patch it. Welp, Les Schwab not only said our thread was 7/32 but also patched up our tire, no problem. Toyota almost cost us nearly $800 for a new set of tires we did not need. Lesson learned: listen to your gut and go somewhere you can trust. I've always preferred Les Schwab and for good reason!”
