I have to leave this one star review as my son, who had a small issue was refused service and referred to the ER. (who are already over inundated with non emergencies and have people sitting on gurneys in the hall ways, not to mention more costly) because he only had his school ID and not a "Federal ID" like DMV ID Card or drivers license, since he "is an adult" He is barely 20 and still had his High School ID and his Providence Insurance Card. No where on the website when you make the appointment does it specify "Federal ID" It states to bring your ID, but does not state you will be refused service. I was amazed at this and feel like it should be made clear at time of scheduling (online) that this is the case. Before people waste their time scheduling. Now you know.

Happy Valley Express care has been extremely helpful, our pediatrician has been difficult to schedule with and very inconvenient. The nurses and Doctor take the time to ask questions and genuinely express concern at each and every visit we have been to. We prefer to come here as scheduling is way more convenient and extremely easy as it’s all online.Highly recommended

Very disappointed.....I made an appointment, got there 45 min after making my appointment, and the pharmacy was closed! Amazed that they let me make an appointment and drive there for nothing!Bad management !

Service was good. However they checked my insurance and told me they are in network. I got a bill today for $275 because turns out they are not in network!! They shouldn’t say that if they don’t know for sure.

Do not go here . The dr is rude , unprofessional has no patience. I made an appointment for an specific thing drove an hour and I didn’t get any treatment because the dr claimed to not know how to help me which is understandable I guess but she should of called me before the appointment I could of saved time & gas .

Appointment was easy to make online. I got in 15 min after I made it. I was called back as soon as I arrived, was treated quickly & got my prescription before I left. The whole visit took about 30 min. And they're open later than urgent care!

Got in fast and was able to get an appointment same day, but my friend I attended the appointment with had a terrible experience with the doctor. She touched his neck without his consent or even letting him know she was going to. She ordered labs without asking first. She did not explain any options in treatment plan or even what her final diagnosis was. Nurse before was good, but doctor was rushed, did not explain anything, and did not ask for consent.

The Express Care in Walgreens, on Sunnyside is AMAZING!!!! After spending 4 days with severe allergy symptoms, I made an appointment at Express Care. The ladies made me feel welcome, comfortable and they were very attentive. I left feeling well taken care of, and their health suggestions had me feeling much better within 24 hours. I have recommended Express Care to my family friends!!!Thank you to Walgreens and Express Care.
