They - in particular Ryan - have helped our family through aging cars, used car purchase inspections, and the occasional urgent "Will you look at this wire hanging down from the undercarriage?!" kinds of questions. They are always accommodating and easy to schedule.

“Got my Evora 400 serviced with Pro Tek and had great service all around. My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. There was a small issue a few weeks after I received the car back, they sorted it and another minor issue that was already existing asap and didn't charge me anything!”

We recently moved from Europe and had bad luck buying a rusty car, which they found out during a thorough inspection and kept us updated about every step of the process. In the end, instead of talking us into (very) costly repairs, they suggested to sell it and gave us invaluable tips and recommendations. This will be my go-to shop in Portland now. “I needed my water pump replaced and contacted multiple mechanics to see how much it could be done for. Most mechanics around town were charging about $500. The Honda dealership was going to charge $750. I then remembered a mechanic shop that I used to drive by every day and decided to drive over there to see how much they could replace my water pump for. I got a quote for $280 which is phenomenal. I literally was able to get it done right there while waiting. The owner and everybody that works there is very friendly and very nice and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anybody that needs to get their car fixed. Thank you too, Justino for such great service and providing a fair price. I will recommend this place to everybody and anytime I have any issue with my car. This is the first place that I’m going to go to.”

“One of the only places in town to get reliable work done on older VWs. Especially Vanagons. There are separate parts and maintenance businesses under the same roof. The maintenance side is run by a super friendly couple that have been at this for many decades. They do good work and are super reasonable with the pricing. They seem to genuinely care about people and that they are satisfied with the outcome of their work. I'll definitely be back next time my van breaks down!”

“I used to change my engine oil at home. But no more. There’s a Jiffy Lube near my house and I have gotten to know and trust this shop. The same guys and gals have been working as a team for years. I appreciate the communication that they practice while doing the work and then doing the check out. I get the oil changed no mess no fuss. It’s clean and done. And there is usually a coupon that gives me a discount.”

“This is second trip to Vo's for a different car.
The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.
Also love they support our military. Cant say enough good things them-turn around, price and honesty-what more can you ask for.”

I came in with a pretty serious oil leak and they quickly admitted that it was a more serious problem than they could handle. They were so kind and took great care of me while I waited for a tow truck- even gave me a popsicle and bottles of water. Great customer service!”

“Noah the service manager was super helpful and attentive. We came in to have our AC serviced and he explained how it was done, and answered all of our questions. There was an issue with the machine - he stayed incredibly calm even though one of the technicians (Will) was being snotty and flippant to his boss in front of us. He was incredibly unprofessional and NOT a good look for your company!”
