Although they have cut down on staffing the place, it is very organized and clean. The staffers were helpful directing us to what we needed and even offered to assist with loading the purchase.I pulled up my purchase the night before the discounted price and they honored it although it expired at midnight.Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience.

As a super non tech savvy person , I politely asked twice for hep printing out downloads, they pointed at website and walked away , I didn’t get anything to get online so it didn’t work as I was off line inside the store , and ended up frustrated and left , it was not crowded at all, rather dead actually, terrible customer service, I will never go back

I’ve never mailed any packages before and the employees were super helpful and the process was much easier than I thought it would be. I was going to go to UPS or Fedex but Office Max was closer and i’m glad I choose Office Max

I just wanted a couple things printed. Sent multiple times from different emails. Everything on my end said sent. The customer service guy was nice, but I felt like I was sitting there on the back burner while the guy fluttered about from computer to computer merrily typing away chewing his bubblegum. Not a single other person in line. About every 5 min he would refresh to see if my email came through. I'll go somewhere else lol
