I don't know about the employees in his beaverton store that I can tell you in the Clackamas store they are top notch. I went in this past week to purchase a new phone, and the process of switching everything over takes some time, and I was working with a gentleman named Gray. He was so informative, so patient, just an all-around good human with a great sense of humor as Well :-) don't waste your time going anyplace else. Go to CPR for all things phone/iPad/Apple Watch.
