Ruth was super nice and helpful when my wife dropped in to get her scrubs embroidered. Whole process took a couple hours and was a fair price. The outcome was great and my wife was satisfied. Would definitely recommend this business!

The owner helped me go through design fonts, sizing, and placement for embroidery. He had it done quickly and looks well done for stitching. It wasn’t an easy area to stitch either. Placement was consistent and what I was looking for. Don’t pay attention to the negative few comments on the review page. You need to be direct on what you want, otherwise it’s subjective. Thank you again!

Very careless with our pendant, caused damage during the engraving in two different spots, lost the gift packaging i had dropped it off in and when i picked it up he just tossed the box on the counter at me. Very rude and careless! The last image is with the packaging and the others are how it was returned.Do not advise going here!

I presented an ink painting in hopes of applying a facsimile to a coffee mug. Voila, they did it to 5 cups . They also used their artistic skills to customize another mug . All were ready same day. What else can I say other than top notch service and quality. You guessed it. I have many similar presents in mind .

Totally dissatisfied!!!! I ordered 4 T-shirts for my daughter’s 3rd birthday with cocomelon theme. The printings they had on the T-shirt were way to small. When I asked them why they made them so small I was told “you should have told us how big you want them printed”. I’m totally disappointed. They didn’t even offer to remake it. All I got was we are sorry. I took it because 1. I Already paid for it in full(they charge full payment) 2. Because I didn’t have time to have it done elsewhere. I won’t be back at all!!!

What a wonderful experience I had today! I called ahead and asked for a special last minute Birthday present request and was told no problem, we can do that in about an hour. I got stuck at work and didn't make it to the store until 30 minutes before closing. Ruth was so helpful and accomodating. Not only did she create the perfect shirt, but did it super quick so I could have it for the birthday party. Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. I'll be back. Thank you!

Do not shop here or work here, the owner and his wife are rude to customers and far worse to employees. Old reviews highlight this perfectly, everything negative is true.Edit: Comments about how you treat your workers don't hurt your company, losing your only workers from how you act does. Previous critical statements from other reviewers speak for themselves.
