I had 24 PSI in my rear tire compared with 31 in others
On my way to work made U turn and went to have it checked out
I could have just had them add air and go but stayed for them to check -- YES had nail/screw in tire.
Be aware that appointments are taken b4 walk ins, so there might be a wait
BUT everyone was kind, courteous, pleasant & helpful❤️

Went to make a payment on my tires. As we parked a worker came out and was ready to take our car to a bay. We let him know that we were there only to make a payment. He said "I'll meet you inside". Of course we couldn't leave without grabbing some popcorn.

I had a tire with a slow leak. I also had a question about whether I should replace all of my tires. They said I was ok to just fix the leak and not to buy new tires right away. I was glad to hear that they did not try to sell me tires I didn't need. True customer service.

Update. I went back for another slow leak in my right rear tire. The staff were polite and welcoming, and thankfully this time the leak was patchable. Will be coming back here for all my future tire needs!
Original review. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, pulled up on my work lunch break, and Noah was very helpful in diagnosing the leak. He tried to patch the tire twice, but unfortunately it still was leaking. Thankfully they had the tire I needed in stock and I had a new one placed before my lunch break was over! Will definitely come back again for future tire issues.

Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control, and Inconvenience us. Not only is it inconvenient for the customer, but it's also the same for the people who are providing the services. I should have posted this months ago and wished I had remembered names.
I was in Happy Valley area a few months ago from Salem at a memorial service and discovered I had a flat tire. I called Les Scwab (Happy Valley) explained my situation. The gentleman was kind on the phone and got someone to come and fix my tire within 30 minutes. The young man who came out was very polite and professional. He put the temporary tire on, which got me to the shop. This young man came out when he saw me drive up, got me checked in and fixed my tire in a timely matter, so that my dad and I could get back home to Salem. He went above and beyond and deserves big kutos!I appreciate the kindness of everyone at the Happy Valley store! Many many thanks to everyone for making us comfortable and taking care of us! ??

Rob and his crew have once again, gone above and beyond for our family. Installation, rotations, and repairs have always been done as quickly as possible and even when they were slammed, stayed late to help us out. We have been Les Scwab customers for years, at multiple locations and we've always come away happy. This new location and the manager and team are great!

Toyota told us that 1 tire had 2 holes in it and that our tire thread was too low to patch it. Welp, Les Schwab not only said our thread was 7/32 but also patched up our tire, no problem. Toyota almost cost us nearly $800 for a new set of tires we did not need. Lesson learned: listen to your gut and go somewhere you can trust. I've always preferred Les Schwab and for good reason!

Told me it was only going to take two hours to get my tires swapped out. Waited three hours without them doing anything. Had people who came in after me with flat tires get done before me and they told me they had appointments for weeks.. really for flat tires? I was there when they checked in. I’m fine if it takes a while, but you don’t have to lie to me.

Like all Les Schwab stores, this one is clean and bright. They offer complementary water, coffee, and popcorn. And I received quick and courteous service. I was in and out in just about an hour, and I had 4 brand new and balanced tires. They did an under car inspection, including my brakes for free, and gave me a report on all of it.
