Toyota told us that 1 tire had 2 holes in it and that our tire thread was too low to patch it. Welp, Les Schwab not only said our thread was 7/32 but also patched up our tire, no problem. Toyota almost cost us nearly $800 for a new set of tires we did not need. Lesson learned: listen to your gut and go somewhere you can trust. I've always preferred Les Schwab and for good reason!

I went here to pick up a battery for my John Deere Mower (Costco doesn't carry them). The service was quick and knowledgeable! And the price wad fair.

Told me it was only going to take two hours to get my tires swapped out. Waited three hours without them doing anything. Had people who came in after me with flat tires get done before me and they told me they had appointments for weeks.. really for flat tires? I was there when they checked in. I’m fine if it takes a while, but you don’t have to lie to me.

Like all Les Schwab stores, this one is clean and bright. They offer complementary water, coffee, and popcorn. And I received quick and courteous service. I was in and out in just about an hour, and I had 4 brand new and balanced tires. They did an under car inspection, including my brakes for free, and gave me a report on all of it.

Be aware of the risks of installation at this location - they dont' take responsibility for issues. Installer damaged my two front rims, but denied doing so. I have photos 2 minutes before my appointment time, in the Les Scwhab parking lot, showing no damage, but the Manager refuses to acknowledge this evidence.

I brought in my hand truck today for a tire repair (I believe it came off the rim). I was assisted by Noah who was very kind to assess the problem and repair it. This tool is essential to me as I'm unable to lift heavy items (I was injured on the job in healthcare and I'm no longer supposed to lift over 30 pounds) and it's difficult to get assistance when you live alone. When I went to pick up the item there was NO CHARGE. I'm still in shock and was on the verge of tears at this act of kindness. I feel like everywhere nickel and dimes you these days and everything is just so expensive everywhere. I'm struggling to survive myself to the point I've not even gotten my winter tires put on yet due to that cost. Thank you Noah and Les Schwab (honorable mention to the gal at the front desk who checked me out, sorry I didn't catch her name, she fixed my last name for me which has been wrong since 2009, thank you). It really means a lot and essentially NO businesses are doing this anymore so THANK YOU. I made my appointment to get my winter tires put on because you guys deserve my business over anyone else and I figure prevention is key (better than a big repair and medical bills if I were in an accident due to inclement weather). I second the review below. COSTCO SUCKS. Don't purchase your tires there. Their service used to be fine (at first) but now it is terrible and I'd rather pay more to be assisted at Les Schwab. Even if you have an appointment you will wait 2-3 HOURS to have your tire change over completed STANDING UP (and I had to do this after just having surgery last time, tmi, sorry).. Thank you again Les Schwab, Noah, and the nice check out gal at the front desk 12/8/2023.

The folks at this location are quite rude. Why? You applied for the job you have, Please remember that when dealing with customers.

I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for nearly 30 years. 6 months ago I made a tragic mistake and bought tires for my daughter’s car from Costco. We had a bad experience with installation, they couldn’t find our appointment and she was treated quite poorly. Then today I took her car in for a flat repair and it nearly ended in a physical altercation with the gentleman behind the counter. I left and drove straight to The Happy Valley Les Schwab where I explained what had happened. Rob Herbel (I believe he’s the manager) said he’d take care of it for me, and he sure did! I was out of there in 30 minutes and on my way. My wife’s car is due for new tires, and I will certainly be taking it to Rob and his team. Lesson learned, Costco is for beer and meat, Schwab is for tires and service.

Les Schwab is an Oregon institution. Need tires or a flat fix, or air? Schwab. I've brought my cars to many Schwab locations when in need of something tire-related and needed to again recently. This location is convenient, staffed with efficient and friendly folks and delivered the classic Oregon experience.

Can’t rave enough about the speed and efficiency we always experience when coming here and working with Brayden. We come from out of state to work with him specifically on all our vehicles.
