Great location with a clean, beautiful facility. Everyone on the staff from the receptionist to the physician were all welcoming and professional, as if I had been coming in for years when this was my first experience.

Very friendly staff. I made an appointment online and showed up early expecting to wait a while. I checked in and was given a room immediately. The nurse was competent and attentive. The tests were completed on site very quickly. The doctor came in shortly after the test results were ready. We discussed diagnosis and treatment, meds were ordered. An amazing experience in 30 minutes or less.

I highly recommend this place. I was able to add all my information the night before through the website. That saved time and paperwork, I was also able to save a time slot that worked for me. It was clean and had coffee and water available . It was a very fast in and out service. The medical assistant and Doctor were both really nice.

I have had previous good experiences here and an easy time getting seen. This review is for a visit on Super Bowl Sunday, my daughter was misdiagnosed and now we have been still continuously dealing with a MRSA infection. If the doctor had taken a few minutes to be thorough and take a swab we would have caught it earlier. Trust your gut!

Receptionist was nice, didn't have any problems with her. Medical service is what you would expect from an urgent care. Extra point for being open later than other UC's in the area.

Friendly reception with a person of color, professional doctor answered all my questions. Felt confident that at the end of the visit that I had been diagnosed properly. The only negative is the time you have to spend waiting to get in. I was surprised to hear you can reserve a visit time if you call ahead. Doing that would definitely reduce the wait.

Lionel was great! He was able to to come up with a safe plan around my concerns to get me treated properly.Side note: it is a bit of a wait, however, it wasn't too bad. Also, I do believe it is a hippa violation and embarrassing to be asked what brings us in loudly infront of other patients. Many hospitals do this and I believe this should change. Maybe ask the patient to write it down? Or asking: if you are comfortable, what brings you in??♀️ side note to my side note.... I do not have a STD lmao ? ? I know how that sounds.

I visited this urgent care last week, and was seen by David Siegel MD. Before meeting with Dr. Siegel, I'd been lucky enough to never have a negative or scary experience with a doctor before. Unfortunately, that has now changed.I came in with a cyst that hadn't responded to a previous treatment, and told the nurse taking down my information that I'd like to explore treatment options going forward. So I was surprised when Dr Siegel came in with a tray that held a scalpel and other tools you'd expect for a minor surgery. He didn't explain what he was doing, or ask what I wanted, he only told me to lie back. I asked if he was going to cut out the pocket from the cyst, since that was what a previous doctor discussed with me - and in response he said "something like that" and did not elaborate further. I'm a quiet sort of person, and it all happened so quickly, and I unfortunately did not press him for more explanation. Looking back, it alarms me that this doctor was comfortable cutting into my body without taking just a few moments to explain what he was going to do, and why.In a way, I feel very lucky that when he first looked at it, numbing gel and scalpel in hand, he decided that he thought it was an infected follicle, and not a cyst - and that it didn't need to be cut.I felt confused - I didn't really know in what ways the two differed and wanted more information. I tried to ask a question about the pus that had been draining from it. But instead of answering, he said "Do you want me to cut it?" in a tone of voice that immediately started up my fight or flight. I told him no, I just wanted more information since the doctor I'd previously seen said it was a cyst. In response, all he said was "Okay" in the same tone of voice, and left the room without saying another word to me.I'm very concerned about this doctor's conduct, and worried for other patients that may cross his path. According to his linkedin, he was an ER doctor for years and only started working in urgent care about 8 months ago. I worry he's not had the right training for this change in workplace. Please be wary.

I had a visit at this facility last week as well. The ladies on staff were pleasant and efficient. However, I found that Dr. Siegel was abrupt and impatient. He asked me if I wanted to take the drug Paxlovid for Covid and I hesitated because I knew little about it. My hesitation irritated him. He'll finally just gave me the prescription and said I could discuss it with the pharmacist. I'll check to see who is on duty before I go there again.

Overall positive. Only complaint is an appointment time and then not seen by a provider for 45 minutes when they can be heard talking about other things in the office area.

The front desk girl is super rude. She keeps interrupting me, and when she does allow me to speak she is clearly not listening. I’m here because I am ill and traveling. I’m well aware my insurance isn’t accepted. You don’t have to berate me about it.The actual medical assistant who helped me was very nice though!

Wish I had taken the specific reviews about the PA more seriously. He was dismissive, overconfident, and absolutely talked down to my family (wearing kn95s) about the importance of always masking. We went in for a PCR test and were very uncomfortable with him pressuring us to sign up for mychart just to get the result they could and will call us to share. Absolutely will not be back and cannot say that this is a safe place to be treated.

Tried to go there, they wouldn't schedule anything less than two hours ahead. Not very urgent if you ask me. On top of that they won't take anymore without insurance, unless they pay 195$ up front. That does people no good since most uninsured people are between jobs. A giant waste of my time. Good thing I don't have a serious issue.

I have been in excruciating pain for the last two days. I have an infection in my wisdom tooth and when I went to the dentist they gave me very strong pain killers and a “general” antibiotic that made me nauseous. I can’t even open my mouth- speaking and swallowing was so painful, how was I supposed to get enough food in my body to support those two medications?! On top of it, they said it could take anywhere from 3-5 days for the antibiotic to help the swelling go down. This is the most pain I’ve ever experienced.I came to urgent care at my whit’s end. The Physician, Micah, somehow made me laugh through my tears and after the shot of “superpowered tylenol” and shot of antibiotics, I literally felt well enough to go to the grocery store to buy probiotics. That was mind blowing. I am so grateful!!I don’t have a regular primary care doctor and really only see docs when something unexpected comes up. This is the best urgent care! I’ve been coming for years but this was an exceptional visit!
