I had been mulling over getting my 20yo engagement ring set in something more sleek and was saddened when the jeweler we got it from recently closed its doors. So when I found Joe Kassab’s during my google search, I decided to give them a try. They are family owned and I was told, only use diamonds rated on the high end of both measuring scales. The two women working greeted me right away and were very knowledgeable. Suzanne helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the other woman (I didn’t catch her name!) worked with me to get a price we both agreed on for trade in. The kicker, they not only reset my diamond, but also resized my wedding band the SAME DAY!! Their jeweler is onsite, no shipping it out to get work done. Overall, highly recommend, they def know their stuff!

Great customer service, good deals, beautiful pieces for anyone in your life.Wish I would have taken a picture of my pendant I purchased from them ?? less than 30 days and it broke from my chain, I didn't even realize it was gone ?(Beautiful solid yellow gold sun ☀️)

These guys are a SCAM ARTIST!!!I paid $12k for a 20” 10mm Miami Cuban to be custom made. They had it done and ready in under 2 weeks. They presented me with a used and scratched Frankenstein chain of 18” @10mm and the final 2” @9.5mm. When I brought this back in and questioned it, the older lady told me this is completely normal. I had the younger lady take measurements and the weight as I took photographs. I demanded to speak to Joe, but he wasn’t available.Stay away from these guys as all of them are desperate to scam!!!

I would not buy from ever again. I am so upset. My husband bought me a ring for our 30th anniversary. I have had to replace the large stone twice, I continue to lose small diamonds every time I wear it. Have put $100’s of dollars into replacing diamonds and repairing it in the last 5 years. Finally took it to a different jeweler to look at it, was told the diamonds are not set correctly. They have to be set differently for rose gold because it is softer. I was told I would continue to lose diamonds. Such a waste of money, this ring is worthless. I cannot even wear it. They would do nothing for me when I went back not long after it was purchased.

Do not go here my husband bought me a ring for a Christmas present when I opened it I wasn’t a huge fan so he told me to bring it back and pick out something new so I went there I couldn’t find anything I liked they were extremely rude to me kept asking me why I didn’t like the ring and said I couldn’t return the ring was rushing me to pick something and then I ended up having to buy another ring that I didn’t like that was even more expensive because they wouldn’t refund me and that was the only thing in there that I somewhat liked so yeah don’t go here they are rude and don’t do refunds

I wanted to replace my wife’s engagement ring as a surprise for her birthday. Shay was extremely helpful, kind, and it was obvious that the decision and the event was important to her as it was to me. I came in without an appointment and was met with the kind of hospitality and familiarity that rarely comes from anywhere other than a family business. That same day, they helped me come to a decision on the ring, and were able to order the fittings for my wife’s smaller ring size and have the completed ring only 2 days later, in perfect time for me to blow her away with a stunning ring. The pricing was fair, their expertise and professionalism was evident. I will definitely return here for our future jewelry needs. The folks at Joe Kassab made me feel valued, and not once did I feel like I was a sales opportunity for them. 10/10

If I could rate THIS Joe Kassab a 10/5 I would. From friendly + helpful staff, to cleanliness, & inventory.. they exceed all expectations. I worked primarily with Merna and to say she is a gem herself is an utter understatement. My fiancé originally bought my ring and proposed to me back in February, and by the end of July I wanted to completely redesign + customize my ring.. 2 WEEKS before my wedding. I went into the Clackamas Kassab with a vision in mind, and Merna completely brought it to life (AND) all in time for my wedding the first week of August. I could not be more in love or obsessed with my forever ring, all thanks to Merna!

I had a loose stone to be repaired. I really wish the picture could show the high school level craftsmanship of the metal work and addition of gold. It is so rough it ruins the delicacy of the ring. This is only one of the very many times this company has ruined my jewelry. Along with their incredibly terrible work they have some of the rudest, unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Find a good jeweler to by your precious jewelry because this company could care less about what the piece means to you.
