We had some confusion on an exchange in women's clothing at the Clackamas Town Center store. Susan Haman stepped in and resolved everything so easily and with such great customer service. Store is all right. Clean. A bit confusing when trying to find a specific item. Couldn't find an employee to help. Selection could be better. Website great. Found what I wanted online. My purchase came fairly quick. Pleased.
