Worst customer service. I wanted to exchange a blazer from 46R to 48R. The salesperson ordered a 38. She left for lunch and another salesperson couldn’t find the other suit I wanted. Do they know the clothes they are selling? Much better at cascade shopping mall. I learned my lesson

I shop at the Clackamas Store in the Portland, Oregon area. Every time I go into the store, the store representatives are friendly and helpful. Jon, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I believe he is the manager. If he isn’t the manager, he should be!! Love shopping at this store, always find a great item at an excellent price!

Love the customer service here. I get greeted pretty quickly each time. The sales here are fantastic and if you don't have your size there, they will find it online and waive shipping fees. The fitting rooms are still open. They do quarantine/sanitize any items that you don't end up purchasing. I appreciate being able to try clothes on as it's a challenge to know what my size is from style to style. So I appreciate them taking covid procedures seriously but at the same time have flexibility. I'll continue shopping here since it feels safer and cleaner than other places.

I just give it up to jcrew. I absolutely loved the location here as well. It might be on the expensive side, and most of my shopping here is for myself and my job clothing. I dont go for the kids, or casual, but for business attire I just love the cuts. Fabrics, and all the greatness they have to offer in style. They just get me. I always window shop the new styles, and love the fact the have sales on the sales rack, sometimes you can snag some things for pennies on the dollar. I've even gotten some amazing matching suits for sub 100 bucks. Staff is always super nice, and very very helpful without being pushy or the like. I would also check out their factory online sales as well. They're a great company and a pretty dang good quality for the price they can be had at when shopping around. Have to say my favorite clothing store as a whole in the mall.
