I took my mom in to get her nails filled. She had a French manicure painted. When we were checking out, it was $75! Now my bad for not asking when we went in there but most of the shops that even I get my nails done in are between $45 and $55 for a fill. $65 for a fill is INSANELY expensive! I just can't afford to return back to that shop.

Anna had done it again! She is a beautiful artist of my toes. Soo gentle with my sensitive feet. I never have to worry about getting hurt or it not turning out. She is a perfectionist and such a precious soul. I'm so thankful I found her!

My husband and I scheduled a tropical paradise pedicure and two lovely ladies Anna and Catherine took care of us. They offered us with complimentary beverages which was cool. Both ladies were so sweet always smiling and talking stories to my husband and I.
We have been to multiple salons and this was probably the best we’ve had. It is on the more expensive side but their care and service was definitely worth it.
My husband and I will be definitely coming back to see Anna and Catherine again!!
Stylist: Anna and Catherine most sweetest ladies ever. They took care of us so well.

Very disappointed with my service on Thursday. Polish on my skin and it doesn’t look good and won’t last. Paid $60 for a standard pedicure and nothing was different from the places I go to that cost me $45 including shellac. It’s a nice looking place but very upset the service I got for the money I paid. Would rather have someone focus on the polish job than the massage and the hot towel.

Anna is the best! I had a pedicure and she was so great. I asked for pressure and she totally delivered. She's also really sweet. She is in her 70s and we were chatting about how she has 5 kids, 6 grandkids! Such a sweet lady and great at her job. :-) Ask for Anna!

Poor quality, polish caked underneath the nails, made my cuticles bleed from their drill and they use an already used file. Not to mention SO clumpy. I would say with 1000% confidence that i could do better myself. Went here a year ago and it was not this bad - something must have changed. Literally creating a yelp to write this review it was that bad.

I debated writing this review. I usually only write a review if it is positive. I had been to this salon twice before and I thought I would give them another try. The environment in the spa is beautiful, but don't let that fool you. I went in to have gel polish removed and then more regular polish applied. The employee ground off the gel polish without using any polish remover. She ground my beautiful natural nails so deep that they started to burn. The exterior of my nails was now rough and paper thin. She clipped the side of my thumb nails in too close and left weird jagged edges that are still trying to grow back. When I entered the salon, I had 10 long and strong natural nails. When I left, I had 10 broken nails with a sloppy polish job. I went home and removed the polish to find that each nail was now cracked and so I had to cut all my nails. The skin beneath my nails was red and bruised. 3 weeks later, and I am still having to cut my nails as short as possible because they are paper thin and splitting and breaking. When I called the manager to let her know what happened, her advice was to see a different nail tech the next time I went in. There will be no next time. I will never go back. My nails will hopefully grow out, but it will take several weeks.

Worse place to come for pedicure they charged me before I even got started done. Kept leaving and wasting my time. She only did a 25 min pedicure when it's a 40 min pedi and didn't do anything the $51 cost sweet sensation has written on the menu. This place deserves a 0 star

I’m not usually the one to write reviews but I had to for this. I used to go to Iris all the time but their prices have gone up dramatically. My friend informed me that they were doing 40% off so we decided to go. They almost didn’t offer me the 40% off because I didn’t “get the code sent to me” even though I confirmed on the phone before booking that I would receive the 40% off.. in regards to the actual pedicure itself, I’m disappointed. I had black shellac on my toes prior, granted the polish was very grown out, they didn’t even remove the existing polish! You can see the black on my toes!! They cut my toes unevenly. I had to come home and file them myself. Messy job . My friends daughter also came in for her first mani and pedi! Suppose to be a fun experience and they were getting frustrated with her for moving a tiny bit.. Not happy with the experience at all.

Wow, obviously this place is under new management and it isn't for the better. I used to come here and have great service - I will never be back. Came in for a full set - was cut not once but twice by the tech. My nails are AWFUL. Every single nail is a different shape despite me asking her multiple times to shape them to match. They are bumpy and rough because she painted on "ombre" sparkles and didn't smooth out the gel. They are thick and uneven. Got to the counter and it was $90!!!!! For a full set with basic gel painted on. No design work, nothing special. Wow. Cannot express how awful they look - I could only them better myself. If you want your nails to look even decent, do not come here.

Wow your prices have increased a huge amount, over $100.00 for a pedicure in Happy Valley seems just a bit much. You also seem to have a huge turn over. We have been surprised in the amount of girls that have text and said they have moved on and asked to come visit them at their new place of employment. Good luck as once people find out out this new pricing I am sure there might be some back lash.

My friends and I have been going to Iris for years. The space is lovely and the technicians are friendly. However, the price for a basic pedicure has gone up so much over the past couple of years, I feel like it's not worth it anymore. Their base price starts at around $50 and goes up from there. We usually upgrade but now this means that our pedis are over $70 each! This would be all well & good(ish) except nothing exceptional has been added. In fact, it seems like the time in the chair, the massage and the overall experience has been shortened. I give three stars for the friendly staff and the pedicure itself is not bad but for that kind of money, I would expect an amazing leg & foot massage and at least two coats of polish on my toes. Nope. Just one! So sad to say this but I don't think I or my friends will be back.

They have a new appointment system but now multiple times they have booked over the time reserved. With a confirmation and all, they continue to say there is nothing they can do. A courtesy call to say they are running late would be helpful too. Not very accommodating. Which is frustrating.

Sarah was an amazing nail tech! She was very good at making sure my nails were taken care of being detailed with cleaning them beautifully and being very careful and patient with her time creating my design

Use to love them. But their service is tanking. I have booked online multiple times and multiple times came in for my appointment to find out they booked over it. Even with multiple confirmations. Not very accommodating to their mistakes. A courtesy call would be nice too if they are running late or have to move things.
