If I ever need to do in-person tax prep again, I'll go here. They were friendly and helped me immediately. Due to the high price to have them preparethe taxes, I do prefer their online service.

It would have been nice that the prices for your services would have been explained to me before not after my taxes were done. The lady said after my taxes were done that the reason why it cost more to have them done this year as compared to last year is because i made more money which made no sense to me. So she pushes a different set of numbers lol I thought your cost to me was the time it took to do them???

They did a really bad job this year went to a new office this year and the gentlemen put some comments in my file which got me audited so I'm not setting my taxes and trying to heat ahold of IRS is ridiculous right now will never go back to h&r block again want my money I paid them refunded back I even paid the extra in vase I get audited and there not doing much of anything I have to do it all
