I've always been a regular customer and I love this store, but after my online order, my opinion changed. The amount of my order was $97, I was waiting for this order and when I received a text message from the courier that the parcel had already been delivered, I quickly ran home, but after 15 minutes my parcel was gone, it was stolen. I called GLS customer support and the H&M store customer service, and no one helped me. I came to the store for help, and the store manager advised me to go to the police. They do not value their customers and do not try to help. Do not order goods online if you do not want to lose your money!!!

I entered the store with my girlfriend and her two daughters. Right as I walked in I noticed a large extremely tall women wearing a black fish net shirt and a neon pink tank top. She ended up following me every where I went in the store. It was a little ridiculous. Every time I looked up there she was already looking at me. I grabbed some clothes and went to the dressing room and she followed me in there. She didn't say anything to me but it was very weird how she followed me into the dressing room. I left the dressing room and left my clothes their too. I'm not going to shop at this store ever again. Yall have issues. Fix them. Not everyone is stealing. Jerks.

It's a bummer to hear that there's no juniors clothes here, either little ones or adult; despite seeing lots of space where other departments could be on such a large lot.
