I keep coming back here, because they always do such a wonderful job cutting my hair because of their knowledge, experience, and kindness. Ask especially for Dawn!
Requested style: Clean up my pompadour hairstyle.
Stylist: Dawn has had 40 years of experience and she taught me so much while giving me an amazing haircut. Sure was also very kind. Definitely ask for her, and you’ll walk out with a huge smile. She is amazing! Thanks Dawn for a wonderful experience and haircut!

Quick, efficient, and did exactly what I asked for (concept-wise). Obviously they have experience in the industry and the price is fair compared to other places I've been. I think more unique or specific looks would be best elsewhere, but they helped shape my hair how I wanted. I'm just not super picky if you follow the concept of what I want.

I’d like to be contacted about an extremely terrible experience I had today 6/16 around 11am. I didn’t want to cause a fuss in front of a packed store but I cannot believe the sheer lack of attention my stylist gave to my hair.

Dawn knows her stuff! She fixed up my overgrown undercut and gave me a really complementary bob cut. Would definitely recommend her! Check in from home was also super easy and a nice time saver for me.

Absolutely botched my hair and refused to fix it because she “ran out of ideas”. I showed her a reference video of a fade I wanted. Instead she incorporated it into the notes on my chart. They did not go together. Too busy plus selling hair products and not listening when I vocalized that i did not want my undercut anymore that I wanted nothing that resembled an undercut. It’s uneven in every which way. I’ve never actually cried while at a hair salon until today. I will be going in tomorrow morning to speak to the manager and to have them salvage what they can. This is not ok.

If your hair is thinning, do not come here the lady who cut my hair I can’t understand her at all, and is very aggressive with comb and razor, so aggressive that with each rapid strike to my head that it was ripping hair out every single time, also she cuts it sooooo close to the scalp it looks way worse than it actually does, then proceeded to show how much my hair was thinning at the end and insist that I purchase Bosley, which I already have at home and said I already have at home and apparently it must not be working went from a good day to a bad day very quickly I hardly ever give bad reviews
I will not be returning to this great clips.

April 2024 and the stylist wants to wear a blue surgical mask. Someone please tell her she's not a doctor and this is not a surgery. Why would she come to work if she was sick, anyway? I am not going to let someone so dull near me with scissors.
