They tried to add a game warranty without asking and so I made them take it off. They also wasted my points on something I did not ask for. Wouldn't go back to this one. They weren't rude, just very sneaky. Which I don't appreciate.

The red haired Hispanic lady was super rude when I went to trade on my xbox, made fun of me by saying my xbox smells like cigarettes. Even her coworker was looking at her like dude. Will not be going to Clackamas town center gamestop ever again. Go across the street josh is way more helpful

Been going to this locations for many years but not anymore. I Went to this location I pre ordered the new pokemon scarlet and violet bundle pack and I told them I wanted to pre order the physical copy. I always perfer physical copys and liked collecting them.
When the game was releashed, I came in and I bought the game but they gave me the digit code instead. I was confused and I told them there was a mix up and I told them I pre ordered the physical copy and I had receipt for proof. Why would I go to the store for the online code when I could have download it from home? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I always had real copys and never once I bought a digital code from them.
I never had problems with them before I asked kindly if they can fix this and they can refund me or trade for the physical copy. But they told me no since the second the code has been printed, they can't take it back no exceptions. I wish they would have said something before payment but they didn't. They didn't seem to care at all for scamming me either and told me there was nothing to be done about it.
I was upset for wasting $120 I couldn't get a refund for and felt like an idiot. I feel anyone would get upset for dropping that kind of money and not getting the product you wanted. The games were awful anyway and I wish I didn't have interest in pokemon.
If I could give less stars, I would. This is what you call a gamestop trade. Do yourself a favor and don't shop at this gamestop. It's a scam and you'll regret it like I do.

Big shout out to Noah. My son had a set amount to spend based on his trade in from some old games. Noah printed out a list of switch games that were within his price range and helped him pick out a good game. I didn't even know the print out was an option. This guy deserves a raise and a cookie!

Wouldn’t recommend going here if the “manager “ krispy is in . She’s rude , and lacks knowledge of the product being sold in her own store. Aside from that the store is kept really nice best looking GameStop I’ve seen.

I was struggling to make a purchase since GameStop's website was broken and another location I went to was unable to sell the item I was trying to get at its advertised price. However this location was awesome and was able to match the price from the website. It was a pleasure to work with the staff here and I was so happy to finally make my purchase!

Can't open store on time. Dec. 23rd sign clearly states 9 am yet the store is still closed at 945. Maybe they need new employees.

Went here once to see some new stuff and they had some cool batman toys out on display. Did not talk to anyone here but the staff were busy with customers, I also like the new remodel and would definitely end up returning here. It feels nice inside and I will be back, thanks gamestop for all the good memories?
