I’m not really a review person, but I NEED to share my experience! I got my first facial today with Amanda and she could not have been more pleasant and professional. She was so kind, warm and welcoming throughout the entire experience. She really made me feel special and pampered while also educating me in the most professional way. She is really knowledgeable and talented. It was probably the most relaxed I’ve ever been. I can’t wait to return!

the absolute worst! no spa services offered like advertised, no steam, no shower, no locker room! the oil they used was actually mostly, if not all, water. no aroma at all. therapist was tentative and uneasy, constantly asking me if pressure was ok and making me feel uncomfortable. I have been getting massages at Dosha Hawthorne for almost 20'years and never had an experience like today! if you have gift certificates use them now cuz this place soon will not be offering massages at all (I'm guessing). and they doubled the price! I only went to clackamas because Hawthorne is no longer offering massage.

made the appointment the day of, and was running late because of traffic. i called the front desk and told them i would be 10 ish minutes late, and they said it was all good. i got there 12 minutes late, and was told after driving 40 min through traffic that they would not see me for my appointment. they said that even though i was within the 15 min grace period (which is nowhere on their website) i still wouldn’t be seen because there “wasn’t enough time”. had a bad haircut before, thought i’d try again with color but i guess i won’t be anymore.Service: Haircut

Oh my goodness. I can't say enough good things. This was my first facial ever and I have never EVER been more relaxed. I previously went to Dosha Hawthorne and had a great experience so I thought I would try their Clackamas location. I would not recommend. I left work early drove through rush hour traffic only to be told my stylist called out sick. The check in process is an iPad off to the side that I didn't even notice at first. When my name didn't show on the ipad there was no one to ask. I had to catch someone finishing with another client only to find out my appointment wasn't going to happen. Nope don't like this place.

I have been with Joe for about 10 years. He is a talented stylist and a great person to spend an hour (or more) with. Joe listens to my concerns or ideas and will ask clarifying questions before providing suggestions. My time with him is good for this spirit as well as keeping me looking good.

In the short 6 months that Joe has been coloring and styling my hair at Dosha Clackamas, his results are the best that I have received from any stylist in decades. He designed the best hair color that I have ever received. I am very pleased with his work, and I am sad that he is leaving for opportunities elsewhere. I wish him the best in his new location.

Only go here as a last resort. They are basically a Supercuts in disguise. The stylists are not friendly and have no knowledge of any products other than the Aveda brand that Dosha carries. They do not listen and have given me really bad/ uneven hair cuts the last two times I have visited. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Went for a deep tissue massage and very happy that I did. Staff are friendly and helpful. My therapist was highly skilled and helped work out some deep seated knots. Easy parking at the mall. Planning to go again. Highly recommend.
