Don’t shop here. Completely unmotivated staff. Came in to purchase golf equipment and just no response from staff after repeatedly asking for assistance. Decided on what to buy and they didn’t have anyone to give me a cover. The absolute worst shopping experience. Never again!!!

Under staffed, the staff they do have have very little to no knowledge of any sports.

I won’t be shopping at Dick’s! Ask a question and the staff has no clue what you are talking about. They don’t want to be bothered, tell you can order it online. When you tell them it shows online their store has it they say well I could look in the back. And stand there. I say okay look in the back, come back with nothing and say that product over there is all we have. Not even close to what you’re looking for. When you tell them, they don’t have a clue they were wrong. Don’t know their product. And they go back to laughing with their buddy. Front cashier is stone faced and stares. Good thing I didn’t buy anything, I probably would’ve told him to find another job cause he isn’t good at this one. ?

Pretty unimpressed with the security guard messing around to impress the associates. I get that you want to be funny but don’t lie if you are asked a question directly. That’s when the fun stops. I’ll do my best not to shop at Dick’s. Returned what I bought.

Most of the young employees do not want to be bothered with questions like were something might be. I’m not sure they are aware of what the job entails like customer service. Don’t need to be overly friendly but when confronted with a question or wanting to check out and pay for my items, don’t act disgusted and bothered by customers. Weird

Awful store, terrible customer service. Bought a hoodie and wasn't even able to exchange it, even though the receipt wasn't expired and it wasn't final sale.

Went for bike shopping, wait for 20 minutes, nobody helped. Finally, a nice guy from other department helped, and he told that they were under staffed.

Great service, very helpful, mostly clean store... 2 dressing rooms were so filthy. It was a snow day and most employees were just standing around.But I think that that is the nature of dressing rooms.

The store offers a variety of holiday sale items this time of the year, but there's confusion as they place signs in front of clothing and accessories not eligible for the seasonal discount. It took three staff members to clarify that a hat is considered an accessory, not clothing, and isn't part of the holiday sale. If that's the policy, it would be clearer to remove the large sale sign above the hats. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

I love getting my Carhartt sweatshirts here they are the cheapest place to purchase assorted colors of Carhartts.Plus workers don't crowd you or treat you like your a thief or homeless. They treat everyone the same no matter how they look.
