Disappointed. We were scheduled to find out when we showed up to pick up/fitting of dress. Dress was not there yet. We are 2 weeks before wedding. Bridesmaid dress was ordered 2 months prior. Now I’m responsible for rush fees. This was alterations on my daughter’s bridesmaid dress and my mother of the groom dress. Alterations fees were way high. I would never again choose this. My dress seam ripped prior to wedding. It was not good. I recommend seeking outside alterations.

I was sure I wasn’t going to find my dress today, but with Emerson’s help I was able to hunt it down. I love my dress and my assistant was so helpful; she answered all my questions, totally got my vibe down, and helped me narrow down what I did or didn’t like about each dress. Thank you again Emerson!!

I try to give benefit of the doubt, I was partnered with a fairly young woman as a stylist who seemed to be newer and tried to give her a chance. She didn’t seem like she was excited to be there - I get it, it’s a job but this experience for a woman is so big for us getting married, it should be celebrated and the experience should not be treated like a transaction. I wasted half of my time trying to figure out how to look at dresses because the ‘flow’ didn’t make sense and was not explained. Everything OUT of the bags were the designs they had on hand. All the dresses IN the bags were different sizes of things on display/on hand.
The dresses I tried on had make up and fake tan all over them. The stylist I was partnered with, picked a couple of dresses for me to try on and seemed to not give advice or thoughts on any dresses as well. It’s my first marriage and first experience trying on wedding dresses. I was still not loving anything that I had tried on and asked to try on a different dress and then the stylist snapped and said the appointment was over. Once the time had run out, and she could see I wasn’t happy with the dresses, it turned her to not be happy with us for not making a sale that day. Truly just felt not cared about during my “special experience”
I chose this place because it had more reviews than the Salem, OR store however, I went to the Salem store the next day and had a COMPLETELY different experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The dresses I had tried on were actually clean and vibrant on me. I found my wedding dress at this store and would 100% recommend the Salem store to anyone. HOWEVER, the Clackamas David’s Bridal is NOT a store I would ever recommend to someone.

Carter was amazingly helpful and made the whole experience fun and easy. I'm an older bride and came in with no idea what I really wanted. They gave me guidance when needed, and were very respectful about giving me time to decide. THANK YOU CARTER for a fun experience!

My future daughter-in-law and I stopped in without an appointment and Abby fit us in. She and all the staff were more than accommodating, so helpful, excited and supportive--made the experience really fun. Plus the dress is beautiful!
