It is a shame that shopping centers that operate with excellence are surrounded by very dirty exteriors, with homeless people, and some stores have their windows boarded up with wood.
The location of the premises to process identification documents and driver's licenses is difficult to locate, despite the sign they have posted. Upon entering, and before reaching the premises, it is a little scary because the spaces are empty, unprotected and with homeless people.

This was the only Winco open near me when I got off work. It was a clean store the check out cashier was nice. It gets only 3 stars because of the shady looking people either chilling in their cars all over in the parking lot or shifty people just loitering around parked cars. Don't go late at night. Lol
