I recently started going to Bath and Body Works, best decision ever! I found so many scents and candles that I must have ❤️❤️❤️ I got lots of mists and body cream. My current favorite scent is Peach Bellini and the Bourbon Strawberry Vanilla body wash. (Coming soon in mail yay) Plus you get points with every purchase big or small. It may be pricey but it's worth it. ❤️❤️❤️

Whenever I go into this location, santi always greets me with a friendly smile. They give good conversation and always recommends me the best products.

This location is always so packed when I visit. The only complaint I really have is that within the first five minutes of your visit, you will be approached by 3 different employees asking if you need help and also telling you all the deals.I feel like I could've gone in and gotten what I wanted quicker than the amount of time it takes for these employees to give me they're little speech. Friendly, but a little overwhelming.

I was in the Clackamas Mall store 2/9/24. Daphne was ringing me up & in the middle of me asking her a question she turned around & started talking on the phone. She didn't say excuse me, I'm sorry etc. I made a comment about how incredibly rude she is & no response. Another employee finished ringing me up. I had planned to purchase other items but won't be shopping there again. After leaving I called & asked for a manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind, said Dana be in tomorrow & took a message. I never received a call Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I called Tuesday & spoke to Dana. Allegedly she was out sick Saturday & Sunday & just didn't call me back Monday or Tuesday. Allegedly she didn't get the message with my information but Daphne told her there was an upset customer who wanted a call. I explained what happened & Dana said she'd talk to Daphne then later said she's on vacation for 2 weeks. She initially said she'd call me back after but then changed her story to she doesn't have an office or feel comfortable keeping my number & that I should just call corporate. I don't believe her excuses or that she'll do anything. I won't be shopping there again. When the manager is rude they show employees it's ok to be rude

I’ve always had a pretty good experience at this location. Last month I bought some candles and few other things . Upon coming home ,I went to grab some hand sanitizers I bought for my parents but they were not in my bag . I called the store and got I think the girl that rang me up . And she said she saw two hand sanitizers on the counter next to the register. I called back and spoke to the manager and she was nice overall but felt like I wasn’t being believed about my missing items I paid for . Not sure how I feel at this point shopping there .

Clean organized out standing customer service. Learned a new truck from one of the young ladies,how to reset your smell. I thought It was silly,but it worked. You smell yourself then that, resets your nose.

I love this store! The products are high quality and smell delightful! Two associates offered help if I needed it and shared the deals of the day. I had received coupons in the mail and needed help figuring out the best deal, and the beautiful store manager was quick to help and showed me how as they did it, and I saved a ton! Best shopping experience- best store - ever!
