“I took my parents to this branch at Happy Valley as I have had such a positive experience each time I have visited. Lei Chen was assigned to us a few months ago to set up our business accounts and answer some questions we had. Not only did Lei help us a few times, but he also did research to guide us with the best options. One of our accounts had not been set up properly many years ago in California. So, he told us what paper work we needed, made some phone calls to the business advisors of Wells Fargo and entered all the needed details to make sure everything was supported. Lei was patient, warm and very thorough. He answered ALL of our questions. If he did not know the answer he called and found out the answers.We were so relieved to get this important work done.
