Awful, awful experience.. I bought a wedding ring for my husband, arrived in good time and looked lovely, but within just a few days the gold plaiting started to come off and then the ring itself started to bend and warp.
I contacted the customer service team and was told it was my fault, that my husband was using harsh chemicals on his hands and that it’s only gold plated so this is something that just happens..
I requested a refund which the seller agreed to. I paid through PayPal so for more security I opened a case to have a record of the conversation between me and the seller.. the refund was supposedly sent and I just had to wait for it to clear.. quite a bit of time had gone by and you only have a certain amount of time before a PayPal case closes so I reached out and the seller said it was pending. Then what they did was waited until the case closed to say the refund had actually failed, unbeknownst to me this had actually happened within the timeframe of the case being open until they send a screenshot of it saying failed and I saw the date, they probably waited to tell me as they knew that once the case closed I had no power to take it any further.. after this they refused to refund me and just ignored me
I managed to get a response from them after a long while, they just kept saying they’d refunded me, sent dodgy screenshots of the “refund”, told me to go to PayPal or my bank, they blamed the bank for not processing the refund.. it was ridiculous
There is so much more to my experience but to explain it would probably take me over hour to write out. I appreciate lots of people have had a positive experience from this seller which is actually why I purchased the ring but now I wish I’d never even found the website
I’d highly recommend going elsewhere because if anything goes wrong, you’ll get the blame!

Absolutely love my jade bracelet !!! I ordered a smaller size so had to get it restrung . These guys were like so amazing they restrung my bracelet and sent it out Asap . Certification of authenticity was provided and also was educated on the care of my new jade piece. I'm very happy with the service and my new jewelry piece. will definitely shop here again. Definitely a 100 percent recommend !!

In a world where people & business only look out for themselves, only want to make as much money as possible and do sub par work (if they finish the work at all), and only want to make themselves happy here comes Baikalla. I’ve been purchasing my jade from this shop for several years now and I am never disappointed. Baikalla sells only fine jade and jadeite. They source, cut, polish and carve themselves so they know exactly what they have and don’t hesitate to tell you exactly what you are purchasing in terms of quality. They assist in all ways to help make your purchase as seamless as possible even if you are like me who doesn’t live in Oregon. If when you receive your item something isn’t quite right they make it so with a smile on their face, zoom, and warmth in their voice.
