Ordered an axle for my suv and they gave me the the wrong one. It damaged the clutch in my suv and I was without a car for almost half a week. My vehicle was not running with the new axle. My mechanic had to replace the clutch which was destroyed. Lucky my transmission was not damaged. My mechanic had to go to a junk yard to find a used axle for my suv. He said the new axle was no good. I guess they sold me an axle for a two wheel drive. My vehicle is four wheel drive.

I went in today to replace a broken part on my car. The gentleman at the counter was not helpful at all. He didn’t even attempt to act like he wanted to help me. He was rude. I won’t be back. I’ll give someone else my business.

Phenomenal people working here !! Cute too lol. Anyway Had a dead battery and without thinking lock myself out of my car and the coworkers here went above and beyond to help me even when I called a tow truck still out there helping them.
