Nice store. The sales agent Elaina was very helpful and made the experience great. The manager was also pleasant who did a price match for us. Overall great shop and great experience. Now waiting for delivery of our furniture.

Do not go into this store and purchase anything. Horrible customer service and misleading return policies and sales staff. We purchased a couch and loveseat, they delivered it to the carport, it would not fit through the door and when we called the same day to return it because we couldn't even get it in our house they said they would not return it. We were misled about the dimensions by the sales staff, were never informed that there is no return policy when purchasing in store. This is a very expensive couch and the way we are being treat is awful. I will be leaving a review every day on every platform until this company decides to make this right by returning this couch.

EDIT: I am frustrated to be making this update but the service after walking off the showroom floor has been terrible. First, my initial delivery date was cancelled and nobody told me. I called the store for days and they either didn’t answer or picked up and immediately disconnected. I called every customer service and corporate number for Ashley and their only suggestion was that they would “try to call the store for me” - but the store didn’t answer their calls either. Finally, I drove all the way to the store to talk to a manager because I had no furniture to sit on until it arrived. That’s when I learned that my furniture delivery could be rescheduled for the following week but that the battery packs needed to operate the furniture come separately by mail. So, I’m paying a premium for delivery and set up for furniture that can’t be set up. The manager said he would send me tracking info for the batteries but never did. So, I’m finally getting my thousands of dollars worth of recliners but can’t recline and have no idea when the batteries will come. I am guessing they didn’t warn me about this delay because I could have bought the batteries cheaper and faster on Amazon. — My salesman Bobby listened to me and was able hone right in on exactly what I was looking for. The store had lots of choices, but he was obviously very knowledgeable and helped me narrow it down pretty quickly, which was awesome.

I was looking for a couch. Ashley was recommended to me through a friend. I found the couch that fit my needs.I went out to buy it and it was a easy process. I new what wanted and it took about twenty minutes to do the transaction.The sales person was very helpful.

We bought furniture a bunch of stuff and we were sold a plan protection plan. A month after getting the furniture our sofa had a frame break. We were told the protection plan company went out of business and there was a brand new protection company. And we were out of luck. The salesman told me when I came in numerous times to try to deal with this that every year or so their protection plan company goes out of business and they're part of Ashley Furniture. I would avoid this company at all costs. In addition to this issue we purchased a reclinable movie theater sofa and there's been our Nationwide recall for a fire hazard and Ashley's solution to fixing my LED light up movie theater sofa that I paid $15 or $1,800 for is to disconnect the lights. I bought the sofa because it had lights. What a Bad Bad Company. Buyer beware avoid this really bad company.

I give two stars because my initial experience was great. I was met by the store manager. Instead of passing me off to a sales associate, he proceeded to help me find the furniture I was looking for.I was initially skeptical about the Purple Pillow, but I was told it was one of the best for getting a good night's sleep. When my furniture arrived, the headboard for the storage bed was damaged, so I sent the whole bed back and accepted the dressers and night stand. I had also noticed the dresser mirror wasn't originally part of the order, so i contacted the store and purchased the mirror over the phone.The first night I tried to sleep on the Purple Pillow, it was horrible. After 20 minutes of being uncomfortable, I took the pillows off the bed and resorted back to my old pillows. I contacted the store the next day to see if I could return them (Purple Pillow has a 100 night guarantee) only to be told by the girl who answered the phone that they don't accept returns. I explained that I just spent a sizable amount of money at their store and only wanted to return the items that cost the least amount, and perhaps I should return my entire order. She chuckled at me and said I could try but they wouldn't accept returns. She then hung up on me.I went to the store on my next day off (3 days later) and asked to speak to the store manager, I was told he was at another store that day. I explained the whole situation again. The person I spoke with was professional, but said they don't accept returns and all sales are final. I canceled the storage bed, headboard and mirror since I hadn't recieved them yet. I asked to have the store manager call me, and he has yet to do that. Given how responsive he was when I entered the store, I don't think he wouldn't reach out of the message had been passed along. The associates there have ruined any future business I might have had at the store.I was able to find the same bed and mirror at Michael's Fine Furniture in Gresham for less and am awaiting my new order from a different storeFor the cost of two pillows at $134 each, they lost the sale of the bed frame, headboard and mirror totaling more than $1200.00 and any future business from me.

After shopping/looking at several locations we found what we were looking for at this location. What made it even better was the service provided by Jim. He was professional, fun, great attitude and went out of his way to make sure our purchase was the right one for us at the price we wanted to pay. He has incredible character and I wish more sales people were like him. Thank you Jim for the fantastic service and making sure our loveseat was delivered in prompt fashion!

I have shopped and ordered from this store many times (bedroom set, dining set, living room furniture). Each time I have been in this store in the last year, I have been helped by Cory Rogers. He has been great to work with and I have been fully satisfied with my final furniture selection, service and overall value of my purchases. I will continue to shop here going forward for my home furnishing needs.

I had a great customer service experience with Laura W. at the Clackamas location! Laura was incredibly informative about a range of products and was both patient and cheerful when helping me pick out items for my new apartment. I was especially impressed by her knowledge concerning the right mattress based on personal needs, and she saved me a lot of time and hassle by helping me pick the right one in store. You always remember shopping experiences based on who helped you; I ended up getting most of my apartment furnishings from Ashley over another store because I believe in the products and I was happy to be helped by someone so personable and professional. Thank you!

Incredibly nervous and uncomfortable staff, will circle you like vultures on carrion the moment you arrive.After we picked out a couch and sofa we left to think on it, called back later to buy, and had a saleswoman tried to steal the sale out from the guy who was helping us by saying he was off for the day when he wasn't - more vulture behavior.We were given an exact delivery date which we prepared for, day of we found out the delivery was going to be delayed for a few more days. We thought, okay, not that big of a deal - we can wait a couple days. Delivery day arrives and they call us saying it will be delayed even further - 5 more days.By this point we are ready to go somewhere else. I call the store multiple times trying to get ahold of anyone, waiting a half-hour with the phone ringing nonstop waiting for someone to pick up. I asked if they could at least comp us for Assembly when the couches finally arrived (we ordered doorstep delivery). They declined. Manager swore up and down they would arrive by the new planned date.WELL GUESS WHAT? Just got another call that they are delayed yet another week. ARE THERE COUCHES? WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE, ASHLEY?Needless to say we cancelled our order and are never going back. Good God.Edited: Just look at the response from the store, AI generated full of typo's and repeats, absolute garbage reply. I NEVER GOT MY ITEMS BECAUSE I CANCELLED THEM LOL

Jeanna La Valley did a fabulous job. She listen to what I requirements were and she delivered. I’ve been looking for a sleeper couch for a while. She showed me everything you had, and finally after a day of shopping, I found the couch of my dreams in the back of the store! She really knows her stuff. Thank you.

I will be moving into a new place and need to furnish just about the entire thing. I had purchased from Ashley Furniture prior with great results and came back again. Jeanna has been an absolute delight to work with, very personable and knowledgeable without being pushy, great qualities! I took advantage of a very generous financing option and now have peace of mind that I will have great furniture to use for a long time in my new place.

I am very pleased to say that JAMES was extremely helpful and patient with my partner and I, meanwhile trying to figure out which couch to purchase for our new apartment. He was very knowledgeable on measurements and giving us the best advice on what would work out for our living room. On top of everything, he’s very professional and friendly. My husband and I needed a new bed, so decided to try Ashley Furniture. Sales associate Cory Rogers helped us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered our many questions, and let us take our time browsing. We came back the next day, and with his help again, we not only bought a bed, but also a good mattress, mattress pad, 2 night stands . . . and even a sofa! We found everything we needed/wanted in the same store, which made it easy. We are happy with the result! And a big thanks to Cory for all the patience and help!
