Love this apartment and location. Just moved here from out of state and had been looking at several apartment buildings before stopping into this complexes office. Abbie was beyond welcoming and was happy to give me a tour, and it was her genuineness and honest vibes that played a huge part in signing a year lease here. Big shout out to her and the entire staff for being very helpful and friendly over the last four months.

Our family has lived here for 3 years (going on our 4th) and I just wanted to pop on and share how awesome their maintenance staff is, especially Kai. Whenever we're lucky enough to have Kai come and fix something, he does so with a smile on his face. He's informative, quick and is always willing to let my very inquisitive 5 year old "help" when working on a project. Thank goodness for Kai!

We are SO PLEASED with Malachai’s support with our recent maintenance request. He was so kind and patient in hearing about our window/pest issues this season, including replacing the screens and cleaning out bugs. Upon replacing the screens, he noticed that the issue of window/screen gaps that bugs could get through still existed. Instead of just ignoring the problem, he thoughtfully stood with us to collaboratively brainstorm how to problem-solve the issues with what supplies he has access to. He ended up thinking of putting electrical tape as a barrier and helped us tape up my window seals fully to enjoy the summer breeze, and we are SO SO GRATEFUL for his time and effort!!!
Overall been having a great time at this community. The staff really makes it feel like home and are there to help with absolutely anything that we need. Very different from every other apartment complex we've lived at. Thank you!

Had a problem with my dryer eating my shirts and someone stole a Stool of mine Abby and Jessica in the Front office went the extra mile and wete so helpful and kind on taking care of everything im so thankful for there help and kindness never experienced such help from any apartment complex in my life they a such sweet and kind ladies the whole staff is so kind and help i love living here so far thanks for everything you are amazing people

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I have to say, the staff and management really make this place stand out. Nowhere is perfect, but the team here more than makes up for any small hiccups with their friendly service and dedication to residents. They take great care of the property, and it always feels safe, clean, and comfortable. Plus the amenities are top-notch, and you seriously can’t beat the view! It’s been a fantastic place to call home and I highly recommend it to others.

We were forced out of here because of unruly neighbors that made it simply unbearable to live here. Even after submitting cases and evidence of domestic violence going on the apartment still let them stay. This went on for MONTHS. If your neighbors aren’t happy then you aren’t happy - that’s for sure, other people here have that problem too. They need to have better protocol in place for dealing with neighbors who are simply out of hand. If multiple people are complaining about the same people then there should be something in place to get them out of there so that everyone else can enjoy their home. It’s sad because this was our new start. We were able to move out so that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars but they sent us to collections and everything and it was just a mess. Do better Altamont! And they are so quick to tow your car it will make your head spin. They say they email you before towing but that is not true, my partner was towed twice here for accidentally parked in the resident next to us spot and instead of simply calling us as it was a simple mistake, they towed his car. It was $300. I’m simply disgusted at how things ended here, it was mentally and psychologically distressful. This is something to be aware of, especially because the walls are thin. Besides that it’s such a beautiful area and located next to a great park and there is truly so much potential for this place.

Altamont Summit exceeds expectations! Their annual summer pool party is amazing and this year was no exception. Food, drinks, live music, hula dancing, a hula hoop contest and raffle prizes! Thanks for taking such good care of your residents, Altamont Team.

If you are looking for a new place to call home, I would recommend Altamont to anyone! The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is great to work with and the other residents are always friendly. One of the things I love, although there are many things to choose from, the community is made up of a variety of age groups. I love seeing such a diverse community. Moving to Altamont was the best decision we have made for sure!

i absolutely love living here! me and my boyfriend just moved in and are obsessed. it’s the sweetest and calmest little community. even when i had my first little issue, Aaron was more than helpful and resolved it for me within minutes. the rest of the staff as well are the sweetest ever, Abbie especially! the move in process was so easy and smooth, i definitely recommend living here :)

I loved living here. I just moved out in March when we bought a home but this is one of the best apartments I've lived in. I never had issues with packages, the office staff is very respectful and understanding, and maintenence is quick!
I did have an issue with a larger than average move out cost but when I got in contact with Jessica she resolved it within a couple hours.
Like most people are saying, the parking is lacking but I wouldn't know how to fix that without more realistate. Very animal friendly but RARELY saw that someone had not picked up after their dog.
During my stay they were constantly making upgrades;new parking paint, building paint, upgrades to the hottub, repairing waterlines from the storm,the gate. Its kind of annoying in the moment but now you reap the benefits!
I would recommend this place to a friend. Lovely views.

The property is beautiful and the views, but management and maintenance leave alot to be desired. For the first couple years I was there was great. Put in a maintenance request and it would be taken care of the next day, like the apartment complex I moved to after Altamont Summit. Then it got to the point when you put in a maintenance request it would take anywhere from 3 to 5 days to make repairs even if it was urgent like washing machine broke. And there was absolutely no communication from maintenance dept on when repairs would take place even when you ask for updates. That goes for the same with management. When i first moved in property manager was great then at some point they brought on new management and that's when things took a turn for the worst. When you move into a apartment complex that is well run after Altamont it really brings the to light how bad that place is managed.

Got to check out some apartments today and Abbie was incredibly helpful! I knew I was in the right place when so many people that live here already came in just to say hi to her. Really looking forward to being in the community.
