A cozy and rustic stop. Order up a sandwich and stay awhile. There's also unique items to browse.

Like every business Garla, the owner, has run in this community, the Haines Merc is a great example of a friendly, successful store. The ladies here are always friendly and happy to help you find anything you need. Having a Deli in the back has definitely helped balance out what this C-Store provides.

I love to stop here to get a quick snack out of the hot case but they also make great food to order. They also have anything you may need.

I loved this whole little town!! They're obviously proud of their history and they have made a commitment to preserve it. This mercantile didn't have good signage, but the building is unmistakable once you know where you're going. They had a decent selection and it was fun just to walk around and look at things.

A little on the expensive side but that is to be expected for a store in a small town. It is always clean and the workers are friendly. It is a modern, bright and well kept little store. They have a deli with hot and cold food (fresh take & bake pizzas too). There aThere's even tables and chairs for you to eat @. They sell worms and have a propane tank exchange/purchase set up. There is even a corner of the store that has western wear, bling and home goods.
