Beware: Comcast's Early Termination Fees are Exorbitant!I regretfully signed up for Comcast's internet service, and I must warn anyone considering it to think twice before committing. Not only was the service mediocre at best, but the company's practices are downright predatory.First and foremost, the internet speeds promised were rarely achieved, and the connection was constantly dropping. It's frustrating to pay for a service that fails to deliver consistently. But what really left a sour taste in my mouth was Comcast's early termination fee.Due to various reasons, I needed to cancel my subscription earlier than anticipated. To my shock, Comcast slapped me with an $850 early termination fee! This fee is utterly unjustifiable and feels like extortion. It's outrageous that they would penalize customers so heavily for discontinuing their service, especially considering the subpar quality of what they offer.Furthermore, it's worth noting that there are plenty of better and cheaper internet options available. Do yourself a favor and explore other providers in your area before even considering Comcast. Trust me; you'll thank yourself later.In conclusion, Comcast's exorbitant early termination fees and lackluster service make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your internet needs.

This place was pretty busy when we went there to get a new phone for my brother. Samuel worked with us and he was very good at his job. He helped my brother purchase his phone and get it set up and ready to use. Super nice guy! We did have about 20 minute wait to meet with Samuel and then it took about 46 minutes afterwards and we were out the door with the new phone. Bravo Samuel thank you so much

I have no words to describe what has happened with our internet services over the past 2 weeks. I understand with the ice storms we had outages, that’s understandable, but over the course of the past 4 days since the storm has subsided we’ve had more issues keeping consistent internet connection than during the actual storm itself.. i get it. Trees fall on the lines, which can take some time to clear, but not four days. I’ve tried to be understanding of the situation, but my patience has run thin with this company. I’ve been a long time customer with you guys, and this just seems like blatant disrespect at this point.

I wish I could rate zero stars for this abomination of a company. It's crazy to think that they even retain a customer base at all. Their service is so inconsistent and I hear it from so many others but personally it's like imagine paying hundreds of dollars a month for your internet AND cable to constantly die for hours on end when there's no listed service outages or any discernable problems. Such an underwhelming and frustrating experience. So glad we're switching so that I don't wake up with the unnecessary desire to put my router in a blender EVERYDAY.

Staff are very nice. There is always a wait, even on weekdays. I have been extremely disappointed with Xfinity this month. I was set up on a 200 mps plan with NOW the 2nd of January. I got service on the 4th and it seemed good. However the Xumo boxes did not work with either of my TVs and Xfinity Stream didn't work with Roku. After 4-6 outages in one week, I returned the equipment and cancelled my service. Never again!

I've read a ton of really bad reviews for xfinity, but some really good... none in between.My own experience today at this Gresham store was 5 star all the way.The person who helped me, his name was James, and he deserves a great review. Easy to talk to and very understanding. I was trying to fix my elderly mothers account, and he couldn't have been more helpful...Thank you...
