“I love the loft but have to shop online because I live in a rural area. I happened to be in Gresham visiting and stopped in the loft at Gresham Station. Alia waited on me and was absolutely awesome. She offered outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond. You can bet I'll be back next time I'm in Gresham. Thank you to both sales ladies!”
“Brought my whole family here recently and one of their managers Caylik helped us through all the deals and getting shoes. He shows that he enjoys his job and knows a lot about all the brands so if you come in ask for him. They had a great selection of products, my only problem was the small youth section. Other than that a great experience!”
“I'd take Nextt over Goodwill or Plato's any day. Great prices, huge selection, welcoming staff. So many reviews are about the selling experience - but it's a locally owned store that can only hold so much inventory. I've never left the store empty handed.”

“This place is fabulous! They have a lot of really cute clothing at reasonable prices and it is actually well made, something harder and harder to find in this area. I was shocked when I went to a nearby Kohls at how poorly made the women’s clothing looked! But the best thing about this store were the two women employees who went above and beyond to help me put together a great outfit for a wedding at the very last minute. I wish I had gotten their names because they made a potentially really stressful situation into something fun and enjoyable. I got a lot of compliments on it at the reception as well. I will definitely be going back to Chico’s now that I have found them.”
