“I had been in an accident on Friday (9/6/24) which resulted in a blown tire, I called Gresham Premier that Sunday because I’ve had wonderful service from them prior. Danny, answered my call, ordered my tire & had the tire in the shop within 24 hours. I called Monday explaining the nightmare of issues I had already been dealing with my car 2 weeks before (mechanic wise). He asked if I could come in Tuesday, but after explaining what I had already been dealing with, he told me to stop by at 4pm on Monday and they would take care of me. Within 15 minutes, they had my car in the back & tire replaced. With the labor & cost of a BRAND NEW TIRE, including balancing and alignment, I walked out paying a beautiful price of $140. I seriously will NEVER go anywhere else when it comes to my tires. I’ve had them give me an envelope full of business cards so that I can hand them out to people I know. I even have family come up from Southern Oregon for their tires and prices because they are THAT AMAZING. Seriously, I may brag too much about you guys ;)

“I brought these guys some new wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced. They got me in the same day, they actually got me in in a couple hours, and I was out quicker than I was in. I watched them do the work and they were very careful of the new wheels. They were also very detailed oriented, for example they asked me what color balancing weights I would like. I thought that was a nice little gesture and show that they were paying attention and actually cared. Thanks you guys for getting me in and out quickly and caring for my new wheels as if they were your own. Edited to add- Very friendly as well!”

“I was left speechless with the customer service this branch has. We were visiting from Canada and got a flat tire along our trip, coming to Les Schwab, I was prepared to shell some $, but lo and behold, 35 minutes later they've handed me my keys and didn't ask for anything! The tire was fixed, rims and all washed, spare tire back in it's place, and all for free! I mean, other than fairly tales where else do you hear stories like that? I hope I never have to visit a tire shop because of emergency like we had, but it I do, and I'm in northern Oregon, I won't hesitate, not for a second, to come again. Truly heroes amongst men. 10/5 stars if I could breach the scale.”
