Russ Solnyshkin is an outstanding salesman. Russ accommodated all of the features I wanted in my next vehicle. He took the time to explain all of the features in my Kia Telluride. He didn’t pressure me into buying a vehicle like all of the other dealers did to me. He understood what I wanted. From my first call for a service appointment, care was shown all the way. Texts and calls kept me informed of the progress. An offer of transport to and from the center is more than the dealer who sold me the car. They are great!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Kia vehicle from Michael Motzer at Weston Kia, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove off in my brand-new Carnival, every aspect of the process was smooth, professional, and customer-centric.The first thing that struck me was the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All of the staff at Weston were all warm and pleasant, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the get-go. Michael, in particular, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping make sure that I was satisfied with my choice.As a Black woman buying a car on my own I thought I knew what to expect but I was completely shocked when Michael treated me with respect. We had agreed to a price on the phone that both of us thought was fair, but I had seen videos on how dealerships will bait and switch or add on ridiculous fees, especially if you do not finance through them. I was legitimately shocked when Michael told me that they do not play those games at Weston and that he was honoring the price.Weston genuinely cares about creating life long customers and I, now, consider myself among them.I would also like to add that Nikita Blinov in finance was such a sweetheart and even though I didn't need their financing he was still very helpful.Thank you so much Michael and Nikita. I love the Carnival!

Everything about our buying experience at Weston Kia was fantastic. We had determined we wanted a Carnival EX and we're struggling to find one in stock locally. Weston had one, and agreed to hold it for us while we drove from nearly an hour away. When we arrived it was waiting for us indoors off the showroom (and out of the wind!). Two and a half hours later and we were out the door with our brand new Kia! No pressure. No hardcore up-selling. The whole process was easy and the sales team laid back and friendly. We also appreciated the clean and appropriately appointed showroom. Definitely a place we can recommend!

I bought my first car, 2016 Kia Soul, from Weston Kia back in 2016. Was super happy and loved that car, and I thought I would return to upgrade. In 2023, Weston Kia seems too big and WAY too cocky. No deals, no wiggle room. Save your time. No alternative options offered. Once they mind up their mind, I was yesterdays news.I went to Power Kia and got a BETTER deal than I went in for. Clean, transparent, friendly…and they delivered for free. No fuss. Awesome experience!

Awesome courteous service advisor Nathan not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations while making the price of my service the cheapest of the 3 Kia dealerships that I called. Extending savings with top tier service and highly knowledgeable service from my service advisor Nathan has me willing to recommend their service center over any other in the region and I have been to quite a bit of them. I will be returning for all my Kia service needs in the future.

Our service advisor is Nathan and we’ve actually had an awful experience. I have never been so disappointed in a service, especially one I paid so much for. My car was in for a check engine light check. They had my car with ZERO communication for TWO WEEKS. I never got a call back when I called every time. Then 2 days after getting my car back the check engine light is on again. They’ve now had my car for another 5 days, we had to call to get an update and they finally told us it would be ready tonight. We show up to pick up the car and they inform us there was nobody in to work on it. They have had our car for a total of almost 3 week and their solution is to try back and get a rental car. EXTREMELY upset, and would never recommend that anyone visit this location for services.

After two Kia souls, working with another dealership in Gladstone, I found myself at weston in Kia for a software update. The customer service between Carlos and Kris was exceptional. I will drive from Oregon City to Gresham from now on to service my Kia soul, because the service was exemplary. Thank you for a great experience.

I can't speak for others but ever since I leased my car the service has been good. Especially the service center. They've always been kind courteous and informative even if they have been busy. Appreciate good customer service. Thanks Weston.

Approx 11am Wednesday October 18th I went to Weston Buick Kia off of stark and 223rd . Walk in. I came to buy..I was in the show room for a few minutes where I made eye contact with 3 Salesmen . Not even a single hello or we will be right with you was said to me .I waited for my family member to use the restroom and again I made eye contact with sales manage, a green pea, and a dinosaur .When my family member came out of restroom I said to my family let's go check out Honda. I stood between the silver Corvette and the SUV Buick in your showroom.Nothing.... no trying to stop up us from leaving or anything . It was quieter than a church in that showroom .I'm currently sitting at Tonkin Honda down the street. The salesman greeted us on the lot.He did his job and wasawesome . I'm buying a Car from him and Tonkin .Weston has a great reputation and your service department is awesome . Today the Sales team dropped the ball . Get back to the basics, guys .Devin

I bought 2 trucks from this dealership it's being nothing but a nightmare one truck it's 2020 and the other one it's 2021 it's been problem after problem the service department it always has excuses I lost my ass on this deal never again buy Japanese

Greatest car dealership I've ever dealt with. We are on our 3rd Kia Soul over the past 20+ years. Great customer service, and quick turnaround on car service/repairs. Their lounge is clean and doesn't smell like tires and oil. A1 business!?

Just bought a new Kia Soul in July 2023. Recieved my plates in the mail today and opened them up. They are the old plates that were off my 8 year old truck that i traded in. Really brand new car and you send me 8 year old plates that I have to renew in less than 2 years. Called and all I get is the run around. Was told it was explained to me in finance. NEVER was I told this. Beyond upset right now. Buyer beware
