Had a kia niro plug in not bought at Weston. Couldn't get the dealer license holder frame off to put on new plates on
No type of screwdrivers worked.
Sean came out of sales office and used a socket wrench and put new plate on. Very nice since I hadn't bought the kia there. They had none in stock.

Had a great experience with Bella, she sent me an awesome video of the car I called about that I was interested in since I live quite a distance. I thought that personal touch was super nice and to see who I was going to be working with. She had the car already for us to see though it wasn't charged that was ok we drove another one, and a few days later we picked up our car. Would recommend Weston and Bella for sure.

I bought a new car a few days ago. It started off great the salesman was very helpful & attentive. I was taking videos of various vehicles for my business partner to see if it was enough seats & trunk space. I didn’t really love any of the couple choices they had & I told him that. The salesman said how great & overly caring that kia location is & he’s been there over 20 years, knows the owner sons etc. He seemed really genuine & trustworthy. He said 10 years they’ve car is covered & I “wouldn’t have to worry about anything.” The “sale” took longer than Id ever experienced (I also have a new Mercedes & Nissan & both were a quicker, less stressful experience) their “system was down” so they stalled, it’d been a long day, I was starving, it was late & I feel somewhat preyed upon (a young lady there alone not in the best mindset). Regardless, He said 10 years they’ve car is covered & I “wouldn’t have to worry about anything.” He told me even though the system was down I had to drive the new Kia off the lot that night & not my own (to make sure it was a done deal). It was also before I was informed by financing what the ten year no worries warranty meant. The financing guy kept saying how newer cars are safer but can be a headache, have over 50 computer like compartments in them & a little error can be a big fix. He then tried to sell me an upgraded warranty because the 10 year “no worries” warranty doesn’t cover any of that technology/more common an issue than not problems. I was appalled. Even Mercedes told me prior to signing what their basic protection covers & made no typical salesman false promises. They do have you sign a paper that says no one promised anything. I do have videos where I was told a 10 year no worries when you get a car from them they “really take care of their customers like I’ve never seen anywhere else do that’s why I’ve been here 21 years” he also said if I gave a 5 star review he’d make sure I got 2 years free oil changes. I don’t care about having my oil covered I care about the false selling & how difficult the sale was anyway with unnecessary high tec nonsense that made me come back a second day where I was notified I’d already taken the care off the lot (because I was told to prior to signing all papers) & also informed that 10 year blah blah blah doesn’t cover a very important, very common issue in newer cars. I am sooo disappointed by them & will never again. Their bigger cars/more passenger vehicles have terrible trunk space also & a Suburban or Yukon would have been a lot better buy but they got me with that 10 year no worries false promises.

Be ready to walk away. This sales manager, Jorge, had the nerve to try to convince me that the MSRP of the 2026 Kia Sportage X-Line was $5,000 higher than the actual MSRP—even while we were sitting in the dealership and he was writing it down on a so-called “professional” sheet of paper. I was honestly shocked by the audacity.
To everyone out there: always check all the numbers before stepping into a dealership. Even better, ask for the out-the-door price over the phone without ever setting foot inside. Only once you agree on the final price should you allow them to run your credit.
To them, you are just a number—so treat them the same way. This experience showed me that they didn’t care about anything except trying to rip you off as much as possible. I sincerely hope that, sooner rather than later, these people are prohibited from conducting car sales in such a deceptive and predatory manner. The MSRP highlighted in green was the real one; all the printed numbers were clearly designed to test one’s patience.
Sales representative Sam Kantar did an excellent job trying to get me excited about this Kia.

I just want to start off by saying that I had a really great experience working with Isaac Rivera and Hector, The manager they were straightforward everything ran smooth. Got me in and out with the new 2025 Kia Sorrento because I need to upgrade to a bigger car because at first I had the k4 Gt line I’m very happy ! I will definitely refer my friends and my family . I’m so thankful I stopped by they make you feel like family . I’ll be back definitely in the future. Thanks again means so much to me and my little family !! You guys are awesome 💯!!

Weston feels like home when you arrive and it's a great reminder of why we keep coming back. It's always a great sign when you see that a lot of the sales team has been there for years...tells you something about the company they work for! Will definitely be back and continue to refer folks here. PS. Ask for Scott with the beard. Funny and easy to work with!

I went because Weston had a larger inventory of my desired models than other Portland area dealerships. I'm so glad I did. Sam, and everyone else in the office, provided great service that made the entire car-buying super easy. They were straightforward to work with and provided information without the dreaded hard-sell pressure.

Everyone (Sam) is super friendly and went above expectations. They were able to get me into a new vehicle within my price range. It's going to be a while that I'll need a new vehicle, but when the time comes again, I'll be back. Thank you for all the hard work and patience you all have.

Wow is the word for my experience here . I am used to going to the Lloyd center area Kia dealership and wanted to try a different location . Expectations exceeded . Amazing customer service . Great communication . Remarkably cheaper service prices compared to other dealership . Huge with a wide selection of cars . Huge waiting area . Service was performed in a timely manner . Everyone was just so nice . 10/10 recommend. Will be coming back to this location for my car from here on out !

I recently made a trip to Weston Kia and had a wonderful experience with Ben Santiago. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even recognized me from two years ago and we were able to catch up. I was very nervous when he was going to check my credit score I had made a comment to him that my bank had recently checked it and he reassured me that it wouldn’t have a negative impact. I had been wanting a new car and he was able to get me a good deal although it’s a little bit pricey I would say it’s worth it I love the new safety features. Ben was incredibly helpful, I can’t recommend him enough!
