I definitely recommend getting a vehicle here at Weston Kia. Mike Motzer worked for me and helped me get into an affordable, reliable SUV within my budget. He has exceptional customer service and everyone there is friendly.

Weston KIA is beyond the worst car experience I have ever had in my life. I took my car here over a month ago because it was stolen and recovered, so the ignition and radio/back up camera needed to be replaced. During this month I heard nothing back from them on an update on my car, despite leaving messages and emails. My insurance rental coverage then ended, because their policy was to cover a rental for 30 days, and having still heard nothing back from Weston KIA, I had to begin paying for a rental out of pocket. (Over $500 down the drain and out of my own wallet) After a month of no replies, I finally get one short email that they were still waiting on parts, with no list of the parts or any estimate of completion. (So it takes them over a month to get parts…ok, sus and very much want to see the receipts of these and when they were in fact ordered) After waiting one more week and again, paying for a rental out of pocket, I simply couldn’t afford to wait any longer- I finally got absolutely fed up at not receiving any ETAs for when my car would actually be complete so I had a friend drive me to talk to someone in person to get actual answers and check on the status of my vehicle. All of a sudden all the parts that they were waiting for for “so long” had miraculously arrived just a couple of days ago and my car would be done in two days. (Also very suspicious my car was still in the exact same parking spot it had been when I left it there over a month ago, almost as if it hadn’t been moved at all during all this time)
It wasn’t.
Instead, I was finally called back and told that my car would be done the next day at 4pm- they ensured me this would be true.
AGAIN- IT WASN’T.
As of right now my KIA has been at the Weston KIA dealership for a month and two weeks. The repairs were a new ignition and radio/backup cam- and it took them OVER A MONTH to get parts. Supposedly.
I cannot even explain to you how shady this place is. Don’t go here, literally just save yourself the heartache of being completely lied to and ignored. Weston KIA is like if your most toxic relationship was a dealership.
They promise, they’ll do better next time- I promise you, they won’t.
Dump them and never come back.

When I was eighteen years old, I bought my first car from kia and have bought four or five maybe six cars now from them And have referred many people who had purchased cars from Kia as well. But this last car that I bought two years ago, it's probably the last car I will ever buy from them. This has been a constant issue to even get in to get my car looked at when there's a problem. And then when I bought the car, the paperwork and everything else was a nightmare And I couldn't even get a hold of the person that sold me the car, and so I had to call the previous salesperson I have had Michelle who was absolutely amazing by the way to even get a hold of The person who told me the new car, my 2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid. Well, we just hit our 2 year mark of having this car. I haven't been having a lot of problems with it. And we bought this car brand new, and it only has 27k miles on it. I have had every problem you could think of with this car and i'm trying to get in to get my oil changed and to get the problems fixed has been a joke and to get a loner car is impossible. So they expected, take my car and uh, i'm supposed to not have a car to use for work and kids and take them to school and doctor appointments and all that. We Added all the extra stuff to make sure we were covered if our car needed to get fixed but yet they can't even give us a loner car or get me in to get my oil change. Cause nobody ever calls me back or answers the phone. I have no idea what happened to Weston Kia over the years But I don't think I could ever buy a car from them again.

After some unsuccessful visits at other Portland area Kia dealers, I stopped by Weston Kia. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time at those other dealers. We were immediately greeted by Bella before we even made it inside. She found the car we were looking for in the color we wanted. Worked with us to get the pricing we wanted. Stayed with us start to finish. I was very happy with the entire experience at Weston. Everyone we came in contact with were polite, professional and really a pleasure to deal with. This dealership does not have the same high pressure pushy vibe I find in most dealers. They have earned my business and I would highly recommend you start your search here. Shout out to Bella, Nick and the whole Weston team for being the best Kia dealer.

Bruce at Weston Kia in Portland went ABOVE & BEYOND for me. I had a very specific look I wanted, and researched for months prior and the Kia site led me to the Weston Kia lot - Bruce showed me a few other colors/models and searched the lot until he found the exact one I wanted. He communicated with me after his work hours to accommodate my schedule, he was honest about trying to capture my business and he was kind and personable. He texted me often which was my primary ability to communicate as my work hours are long & he did everything in his ability to make this as easy process for me as possible. This was my first new car purchase and I had ALOT of questions. I appreciate Bruce and respect him beyond measures for his incredible mannerisms & accessibility. Thank you Bruce!

Weston Kia has the worst service department that I ever dealt with. When you try to call and schedule appointment, they either never answer or they never return your call. Very poor customer service. I have a 2015 Kia Sorrento. I talked to someone at Kia about the headlights are very very dim. You can’t see anything when you’re driving at night. I replaced the headlights like they told me to nothing. They told me they could do nothing. I think that’s wrong. Customer cannot see and they do nothing.

Had an oil change on my K5 on August 13th 2024. Couple days later while driving on Interstate 5, I heard noises coming from underneath my car. The engine splash shield was hanging down partially, and scraping the asphalt. Took it to the closest car shop and they fix the problem. Long story short, the kia technicians forgot the fasteners (they were all missing) and didn't tightening bolts properly after changing the oil.

It is nearly impossible to get anyone at the service department to talk to you. I've left multiple messages throughout this process and they have responded to one inquiry thus far. They have had my car for five days. I called five hours ago to ask about a loaner since I have family in town and they've given me no update on my car's status. They said they would call back in a bit. Still nothing. I'm not sure if they fix cars well, but the customer service of the service department seems to be lacking strongly.
Update a week later: Apparently they switched technicians and no one told me. The 2-3 hour fix is still not complete and no one calls back when leaving a message or when the receptionist says they will find out and call back. It's like they are trying to be bad. So now my car has been in their possession for two weeks for a 2-3 hour repair and it's still not done. I can't wait to pay $660 for this. I have lowered my review to 1 star. I can't see how anyone would go here willingly. Go to the PDX or Gladstone dealerships if you want to use a dealership for service, because this service department lacks any skill at time management, customer service, or communication.

Mike was amazing! He introduced us to Thomas who let us test drive a few cars and helped us decide on our new vehicle. Mike took over with the paperwork side, he helped us out with a very unique situation and he was very insightful! We appreciate all of his help in every step of this journey! Had a great experience! Was immediately greeted by Bella. It was my first time buying a car and she made it very easy for me. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. After buying the car she’s kept in contact making sure the car was working well and make sure we were still happy with it!

Today I went to three showrooms. Weston Kia was our last and final viewing. Thinking I was prepared. Bella showed us a suv I didn’t know I wanted! ?. But I can honestly say the process after wards was easy. We left with a Kia Sorento. I couldn’t be happier with help & information that was given. Thanks so much for all the info. We love our new ride!
