Normally like wendys but this location will make you never want to come back. Every time I've been to this store there is an issue either with the food itself or the understaffed, often angry employees.The latest event that has turned me away from wendys for awhile occurred last week when I took my kid to get a happy meal and was basically refused service because the manager on duty threatened to call cops because they wouldn't scan the app coupon code. I filed a complaint with corporate and spoke with a district manager so hopefully they are maybe fixing the multitude of issues at this location that have been going on for months

Trash! When you ask for a plain cheeseburger with no bacon, they put bacon on there! And they throw the fries in the bag! They also forget the straw every time:/

Most of the time they won't let you in at the early posted times at this location due to understaffing; even when it is freezing cold outside. I have been let in by staff and told to leave after for this reason in spite of people getting food through the drivethrough. The manager at the time even seemed pissed that I was there and wanted to buy food.

We've lived in Gresham 5+ years now. As far as fast food goes, Wendy's has always been a favorite. But the Gresham Wendy's....good grief. Their drive thru messes up something in our order - I am not exaggerating - about 80-90% of the time. We have gotten in the habit of stopping before driving away, to check everything first. It's always something different. Missed fries, wrong sandwich, a burger dripping in cheese when we asked clearly for no cheese (we have a dairy allergy). I'm not a complainer but this is ridiculous. And just a tip, if you care that your order is right, don't drive thru Wendy's.

I love coming to Wendy's once in a while, the lemonade is great, I love frostys and the food overall is good, but it's frustrating how almost every time we come through the drive through our order is always messed up, I have to repeat myself multiple times at the speaker box, and yet they still get it wrong, I stopped by today and specifically asked for no mustard, extra ketchup, but when I opened up my burger to check, it was drenched in mustard, which was annoying, I shouldn't have to feel the need open up my burger to confirm they followed my order correctly before driving away, it's beyond ridiculous.

The food is pretty good at least in my experience but I don’t like or understand how the drive thru is open but the inside of the building is locked and not open…even though I’ve seen other people inside, which makes no sense unless if there staff members. Otherwise, I like this place and it’s good to eat if you’re low on money.

Awful customer service,Closest lobby for no reason so like the way that you'll have is probably going to be a good 30 minutes if not more totally don't recommend this place probably avoid it if you can

I recently visited Wendy's and ordered a ghost pepper Ranch chicken sandwich, only to be dismayed halfway through my meal as I discovered that the chicken meat was raw. This experience was highly disappointing and raises concerns about the food safety practices at this establishment. I urge the management to prioritize quality control to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
