After another Wellsfargo location couldn’t help (not first time) this one never fails & I forget it’s closer to home. Always goes above and beyond. Not as crazy busy as others. Have ALWAYS been able to assist me with my walk/in needs. The ambiance & over all experience is very different from the other bank I usually go to. Way more chill, wait time in line varies but has always been bearable.Staff very Knowledgeable & if a employee (especially if training) & does not know answer or needs assistance with particular transaction they go ask co-worker who does know or more knowledgeable. Not if they aren’t sure of what to do with my transaction…Say, “Um… hmmmm”. Look around the bank…??♀️. Then say,“Um…We’re too busy”, can you go to another branch?”This branch (Gresham Burnside) has more courteous, polite, better mannered tellers, (don’t get me started), and customer service all around A+. Smaller bank. Better service.Keep it up guys!

Terrible customer service. Waited for someone to help me with my account for 40 minutes, no one even asked why I stopped by. Never coming back here again.

The only branch that answered the phone a few minutes before closing on a Saturday morning (today). I had a simple question to ask relating to some business on Monday. Thank you to the nice young lady that helped me out.

The manager, Jackie, is your absolute worst nightmare. She is the reason that after 5years of banking with wells fargo we left. She could careless about you and your business. She is probably one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Our account was unexpectedly closed, and while trying to resolve this matter - she told us that we should leave and she would give us a phone call in just a few hours, 2 days pass - no phone call. I stopped by, and she blatantly told me she didn't CARE to call me back. I went to the Roberts Ave location, and they resolved it in just a few minutes. A TERRIBLE PERSON.

I have been banking with Welsfargo for 15 plus years. I've been going to this location for about 2 years now only because it's 5 minutes from my house. There are 2 amazing tellers at this location who are extremely helpful. But recently Ive noticed a huge change. Their manager... I forget her name but, blonde hair 40s to 50s is extremely unhelpful. Not only that, she lied to me directly because she is lazy and doesn't like going to the vault to get a simple box of quarters. She told me there is a new policy, that normal customers can't buy boxes of quarters, that I would need a business account. After 3 hours on the phone I came to find out there is no such policy. Every other bank in the area " Robert's Rd" "181st ave" "122nd" "sandy blvd" locations all have no problem doing their jobs.i walk in buy a box of quarters and just like that I'm out the door a happy customer. I will be returning to get the name of the manager who lied to me. So I can file a complaint. An apology would be sufficient but that won't happen. The lady is honestly just miserable. No smile, no greeting, definitely not a good place to do your business. After 15 years of banking here Chase Bank or any other bank is starting to look better.
