Brenda and her bowl head buddy are so afraid of this ginger person they were too afraid to correct a pricing error. It took an extra 20 mins and a 4th person who wasn’t afraid of ginger to correct the adj. All this hostile energy over $1.50. Walmart has the worst customer service and apparently Ginger is the big bad wolf. May 2024
Update to the Ginger debacle. I heard back from a Team Lead who apologized for the lack of customer service I endured on the initial post. It was communicated to me there was indeed a misunderstanding on behalf of the young employees, but had been rectified. I appreciate the follow up. Moved from 1 to 3 stars.6.02.2024

Horrible experience! Took at least 20 mins some to bring out my groceries. Then they used 16 bags knowing I pay 5 cents a bag. The order could have fit in 6 bags. They gave me almost expired yogurt and apples that no one would pick! Not cool Walmart! Not cool!

Y’all need to give access to more than 1 person the ability to do returns. Waited for almost half an hour to do a return when there’s literally 3 workers on the check out section without the ability to do a simple return while we wait for 1 person who does

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is my go-to grocery store except for the short/fast trip up the street, which is closer. Today the refrigeration was not working. I still got my creamer that included ice cream. The freezer department is up and running. All the staff is working very hard to keep up making it more convenient for shoppers. I was impressed by how helpful and understanding the staff was. The other shoppers seemed understanding as well. I heard no complaints from Shoppers or staff

This WalMart is full of rude customer's and employees. The actual checkouts are rarely staffed anymore, forcing longer lines in self check as people with massively filled carts are slow moving at scanning and weighing items. The shelves are never stocked either. The only reason I come here anymore is because this is the only store in my area that carries a certain product I like. Do better WalMart

Good selection and good prices. They have been adding new products throughout out the store lately, which is always nice. I feel like quite a few of them must be a limited time or supply but overall a great grocery store

I went there last night for groceries due to them still having power. Worst experience ever! The store was left in the hands of 3 under 30 employees who did nothing but stand by registers. There were no shopping carts so I asked them about it. I was told” to go out in parking lot and find one”! There was a disabled customer having trouble with the self checkout. She was very distraught and had to ask them to help her. The 1st three requests went ignored. That’s when a man gave me his cart as he was done. The shelves were almost completely bare. Probably weather related. When I got to the self checkout, which was the only option, there were absolutely no bags except for very few Walmart bags for sale. And mind you the 3 kids did nothing except stand there conversing and joking around with each other. That will be the very last time I’ll shop at Walmart!!! And their prices were ridiculous. I’d prefer to go hungry than give my money to a place like that!! I think the store # is 5267. E Powell Valley Rd Gresham Oregon
