Unfortunately since I made a switch to Walmart my experience hasn’t been so good. But today it was horrible I have to do an emergency travel the technician Ryan didn’t want to help since the begging. I will be short on medication in my home country I have to have the medication with me. The tech Ryan said I have to personally call the insurance and get the early refill approved. I spoke to another technician yesterday from Walmart same place and she told me I will send the documents and we will send the request to the insurance explaining the situation to them. But she told me let’s get the medication approve first and we will go from there Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but the work at the same Walmart and she did help a lot. She understood my situation. I asked Ryan what was the document that her co-worker sent to my doctor? He said probably an early refill request. He didn’t even try looking in the system. I talk to the Pharmacist and unfortunately the pharmacist Shelly the tech Ryan cover each other. The pharmacist said the information came from her but he never places me on hold and when I asked to talk to the pharmacist he said she was super busy on call and customer so I don’t get how and when he was able to talk to her. I have a family member sick and going through a lot and they treat you so bad. I will follow up on everything when I come back.

They are usually great and helpful. They are changing their hours which is a bummer. Closing at 7 every night so that might be a problem.But if I have a question they always have an answer. Much faster than Safeway across the street. If they don't have a med they will get it for you ASAP in my experience. If there is a problem they will let you know about it. The text when things are ready is helpful too.

Went to the gresham walmart to get boosters. This is our third time. They are so nice. They get us done and through it in no time. Am thinking about moving all my meds here

This pharmacy is great with ONE noticeable exception. The pharmacy tech Ryan is absolutely terrible. I would not hesitate to give 5 stars if he didn't work there. Absolutely incompetent, rude and condescending to boot. Tried talking to him several times trying to confirm a fax number for my doctor he wasn't even listening when I told him the number and said yup that's right. He was faxing the wrong number. I told him that my wife called the doctor and said they are not receiving the fax's. He insinuated I should call the doctor and speak with them as my wife may not be communicating with them effectively. Let's add a wee bit of sexism to your incompetence cause why not! After I called and spoke with a different pharmacy tech she was able to fix the issue get my prescriptions filled in 20 min and let me know what was needed to fill a third prescription. In the future I am going to be requesting to work with anyone other than him. Everyone else is amazing especially the pharmacist Shelly. She is a super wonderful kind person. I will be writing an email and calling Walmarts customer support number.

When I first began using this pharmacy it was not a pleasant experience. No One would acknowledge me while waiting and the staff was cold as well as unfriendly. I would respond to the surveys and share the facts of each encounter. In the following months, it was a complete "turn over" - and I am not claiming that to be b/c of my input, but it was an obvious and more then welcomed change. I have since remained with this location, I enjoy picking up scripts and one of the pharmacist, Shelley, is a truly wonderful person. I adore and appreciate her. She always asks questions and genuinely cares. Same as some of the other, newer, staff too. I would recommend this pharmacy!! I also Love the text notifications when things are ready! Lastly, if you do have to/need to call, they are NICE to you over the phone and help resolve and issue/concerns. 5 stars&above!

When we first started filling here a year ago, they were fine. They would fill relatively fast. Now, they won’t answer their phone, even though I sat there ringing them for several minutes on end today, and yesterday. They waited two days until I was finally able to get through, only after calling and complaining to their customer service.Every time I fill with them lately, it’s at least a full day. They wait until I call in, and now they won’t even answer their phone.MY WIFE HAS HAD TO WAIT TWO DAYS TO GET PREDNISONE THAT SHE NEEDS FOR HER RA FLAIR UP!WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Thier prices are more than Fred Meyer pharmacy for the most part which seems impossible and they have given wrong info 3 times. Very scary when you are talking about life altering medication.

Do not use this pharmacy, not ever, invalidated one of my prescription s, which is an inhaler, can not trust them not to cause you harm.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy for more than 5 years now. The people there have always been friendly and more than helpful.They always greet me with a welcoming smile, a friendly voice, and a very competent demeanor. I highly recommend this pharmacy !

I just transferred my medications to this pharmacy due to my longtime pharmacy closing. I am very happy, and impressed, with the efficient, yet caring service every one of these folks have shown me. I highly recommend this particular Wal-Mart pharmacy. I have found the waiting line short to non-existent no matter the day or time. GBK PDX

Why are all of these wallmarts checking recipes when you leave? Let's think for a minute do the thefts people have recipes? Nooo. So what could it be? Think just for a min.. humm.. they are owned by the feds for one so that's something to think about.. is there a bigger picture were not getting? I have my thoughts but I want people to think for themselves.. do you trust are government right now? Do you think there here for us or themselves? I know this is a lot just coming from a simple checking your recipe but dosent everything start small in the beginning then grow to much more? I challenge you to think about little things in life and question them, I feel we just do things mostly for the speed and to move on in life but what are we sacrificing in return?
