Had a 6:00 appointment to get a shot, go in and find they have temporarily closed. Would have been nice if they could have called.

I was picking up my prescription in drive thru window around 9:05 am and there is two people inside not even looking or saying something to me. I was there waiting 20min and nothing they are not even looking on the window bad location 223 and Glisan need to improve there drive thru system. Hoping or at least say something to us. I end up just left and maybe try again next day.

Staff has no sense of customer service to the point of being flat out rude, has lied to myself and my doctor on more than one occasion in regards to having received a prescription, and routinely has 30+ minute hold times when trying to call and has more than once just hung up on me.

Chronically understaffed. Long waits. Indifferent employees. I'm on hold right now, again, and have been for 20 minutes. Same message every 30 seconds. "More than 3 callers ahead of you." If I weren't already enraged I'd hang up, but I want to unload on someone. My doc sent them a prescription last Friday. A common drug. I have it renewed every 30 days. I got a note from Walgreen's on Saturday that they were out of stock so it would be delayed until Monday at 6:45pm. Now it's Tuesday at 3PM and the auto-attendant says it won't be in until tomorrow. Do I believe that? NO! Terrible service. Good thing my life doesn't depend on them, just my comfort. I'm outta there ASAP.

I called twice to ask about the status of my prescription and two different ladies answered the phone with such a rude tone in their voice. I’m super stressed about not getting my prescription and they made my stress even worse. They kept cutting me off to ask me what my birthday was, name, etc. They acted so annoyed that I even called in the first place

The above review re: boyfriend Jeans was Not from me-10/5/23-have spent going on 3 hrs holding for the pharmacy. 1st- 2hrs & 33 min. when someone picked up the phone & then hung up w/o answering. All that time wasted. Against my own will I call back bc I have been given 150 count of Lasix w/o any Potassium?!?! That's 1st 3months of nursing, pharmacy or medical school knowledge. I'm now told that at 6pm the pharmacy is now closed! Someone is going to have to die from a mistake in this untenable situation w/health care. At the very least for those that are still working in healthcare-please do your due diligence for each patient before you move on to the next-AND for heaven's sake when you pick up a phone line, Check if someone is holding before you cavalierly hang up. I Need a CB in morning when you open-w/o delay.

Sarah the Pharmacist was very helpful to us in getting a medication that is very hard to come by. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Wishing we had more dedicated medical professionals like Sarah!

There is are hardly any products on the shelf. Went in for preservative free eye drops, but they didn't have them. Only regular ones. Sad as they used to be a go to spot.

Two people said they’ll fill my medication on two separate occasions and they’ll call to let me know it’s ready. Never received a call so I call to confirm 3 days later.. now they don’t have enough to give me my fill but didn’t bother to tell me. Also one of the girls is EXTREMELY rude. Don’t go here

This use to be the most efficient pharmacy in the metro area but alas no longer. They no longer maintain scheduled hours, some days being closed on days they say they are open. Currently writing this review standing behind cars in a very very long line for the drive thru as they are not servicing customers at the counter (drive thru only is posted inside. The staff is kind and they work hard but the inconsistencies with the hours and pick up (waiting multiple days for meds that should be able to be filled is getting very old l, this the one star rating.

Waited in store for an hour and half for a prescription that I was told would take half an hour. I then waited in line to find out if my prescription was ready and I was told yes. I paid for it and was told to wait for the pharmacist for consultation. I waited another half hour, then asked if I could have my prescription and was told no because the pharmacist has to talk to me. i split with nothing. earlier that morning I had oral surgery and the antithetic started tapering off and pain was setting in. Those guys have no compassion or empathy and have no business being in the careers they chose. They have my antibiotics that I paid for, but wouldn't give them to me. i Don't have a copy of the prescription to go somewhere else.
