This is seriously the most screwed up pharmacy I asked Nadia the pharmacists name she said she can’t give it to me (Kaiser needed it since they’re on strike to transfer my meds) miss Nadia said to call which we have (both me and the Kaiser is employee) and we *both* had been on hold for *over* an hour between the two of us trying to get ahold of Walgreens. Miss Nadia said they faxed over a transfer request- and they probably did to Kaiser which is *CLOSED* because of the strike. After what felt like forever I finally got the pharmacist name but Miss Nadia it seems like you don’t have common sense. I hope a time comes where your life literally depends on a medication like me and then I hope someone gives you hell over getting the pharmacist’s name… and then I hope you don’t get your life line of meds that you need.

I have been using the Pharmacy at Different Walgreens for over 20years. I Feel Upset That they Did Not Give Any Warning to Any of Their Pharmacy Clients That My Walgreens Pharmacy Before The Walgreens Owners Shut It's Doors for Good and Moved the Clients Profiles To A Non Walgreens Pharmacy Without Any Notice. Thank Goodness I Was Able To Transfer My Profile Back to A Walgreens. Now I Can Shop in store for last minute Needs and Pick Up Medications at the Same Time Knowing The Employees Are Willing to Help Me Out and Are Kind. Thank You Gresham Burnside Walgreens Employees, Please Keep UpThe Great Work!!!

You know a service is bad when they do not even have the decency to pick up the phone, nor to say, "Please hold." Nope, these scumbags just let it ring and ring for as long as possible, pick up the phone and immediately hit the hold button. Forget all of the other bullshit they do, they're notorious for that. However, this (somewhat) new, "I'm far too 'above you' to even show you common decency, so here's some gold music to choke on in between my acts of indecency" are on an entirely different level of fuc*ery. Trash.

I would like to thank the pharmacy staff for all their hard work. I heard that another walgreens location nearby is closing down and everyone there is trying to transfer to this pharmacy. So now their workload has doubled or tripled in size. I came through drive thru today and the technician explained to me what was going on and that it was only her and the pharmacist working. There's no extra help given to them so once we pull up to the window, that's when they'll print out our prescription and fill it for us right then and there. She also said there's over 400 prescriptions to fill and that they are days behind. Her eyes were watery as she was explaining everything and said people have been so rude to her and the rest of the staff. She apologized and wished they could give everyone their medications on time. I just want to say this whole interaction really pulled at my heartstrings. This girl looks like she could be my daughter's age and I really feel for her. Thank you pharmacists and technicians for showing up to work and trying your best to help us despite the conditions. I hope it gets better and that your company is able to provide you with the extra help.

This review is for the pharmacy. their service is terrible compared to a Fred Meyer or Safeway pharmacy. First, both times I called I was put on hold for hours and just gave up and drove to the store both times.Second, the situation was that my inhaler wasn't ready. trying to get information on this was like pulling teeth and it's pretty clear they don't care about you. The pharmacist gave me my spacer without the inhaler and then laughed at me? Honestly guys I'm not a Karen. I'm a kind person and I am able to communicate, have worked in the service industry myself, so it's not like I was being difficult/rude and deserved this. I've been sick for the last 2 months and I wanted to write this review to encourage people to call in their prescription somewhere else because the last thing you wanna do when you're already sick is deal with people who are rude and unhelpful.I called the Safeway in Troutdale after my interaction with the Walgreens pharmacist, they answered on the third ring and suggested ways that I could possibly get my inhaler sooner.

The lady working the pharmacy window needs some customer service training.Called and they said 1/2 hour.Get there one hour later and wait in line for 20 minutes Get to window and she says to come inside and wait cause they are just now working on it.When I ask her why I was told to come 1/2 hour ago she snaps and tells me there are 180 other people who put their prescription in 24 hours ago. And she says it like a 15 year old brat. It escalates and she takes my money and says "bye" without giving me my prescription.I will never again fill a prescription at this location.The incompetence on top of the terrible attitude are too much. This is how businesses go out of business

Multiple times they have failed to give me my prescription on the day they would said they have it ready. Now today trying to call them about another prescription they will not even bother to answer the phone after calling from 8:00 a.m. all the way through 2:00 p.m. Mind-bogglingly poor service and lack of professionalism. Go elsewhere. The Walmart Neighborhood Market down the street actually has amazingly helpful and friendly staff - go there instead.
