“This is one of the better U-Haul rentals that I have been to. The process was quick and easy, and one can leave one's car in their parking lot for a while. The return process was also painless. Everyone, I dealt with, was helpful. The trucks and the van that I rented were clean too. The reason that they lost one star is because every time I went there (three times in a month) one or more employees where not wearing a mask. It made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to touch their equipment. It even more critical with Omicron now that no one's breath and breath droplets be on any surface that the customer might touch...”

“I rented a U-Haul Van to pick up wood for my new fence. The guy at the counter was very friendly and concise and getting my vehicle ready. We drove a maximum of 27 miles it cost about $70 and it was well worth it. When we brought the van back the guy in the parking lot was super quick to get us checked in and we paid right there in the parking lot it was great. I would say that you all has excellent customer service the guys were all very courteous and the company should be very happy to have as staff to represent U-Haul.”
