“5 star service. Roy was honest with the repair issue and found the actual problem. I was quoted 3000+ at another location for my a/c. He found the problem- fixed it for 1/2 the amount. When I picked my car up, there were treats in it! I just got a thank you letter in the mail. In these days.. this kind of service is few and far between. I will never take my car anywhere else. The receptionist was also amazing (I can't remember her name) I highly recommend this place. Don't buy a new car, go see Roy!”

“Finally a shop you can trust! Everybody and anybody listen up. These guys are honest and they know their stuff. This shop has been open for over 30 years and the same owner is here. They tell it like it is and they put in good parts and they won't put in anything they don't stand behind. They have a 2-year warranty and if they can't stand behind that they won't install any parts in your transmission. And the service and pricing have been excellent. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They have worked on two of my vehicles and the service and quality has been consistent. They are also proactive. On one vehicle, there's a design flaw in that the computer is literally resting on top of the transmission which gets super hot. Over the years the heat fries the computer and then you have to replace the computer. They let me know about it ahead of time and they moved the computer to a safer location a number of inches away. Just one example of how they care about doing good work and are less concerned about making a buck on every transaction. They saved me future time and money by doing this.”

“Seriously though!! This shop has over-performed time in and time out! After years of working with Robs Auto the diagnostics have always been spot on and the repair suggestions are honest. Count yourself lucky if Rob knows you by your vehicle! Thanks Rob and Trina!!”

“Called about a temp gauge possibly stuck or failing on my Tahoe. He had me bring it in that day and gave me a ride home, which was a nice complimentary service. Took it in on Thursday and picked it up by noon on Saturday. Great customer service, honest up front answers, and fast turn around. Definitely recommend this shop.”

“This is second trip to Vo's for a different car.
The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.
Also love they support our military. Cant say enough good things them-turn around, price and honesty-what more can you ask for.”

“Our 2008 Suburban was in need of serious work. Lomeli's was clear and upfront with their estimate. The 2 year parts and labor warranty gives us confidence that we can trust that our truck will remain on the road.”

“They fixed the truck's transmission perfectly, the service is excellent, the gentleman who works in the office is a respectful gentleman and I recommend taking the truck to businesses like these that have a man and take care of his figure without offending the other mechanics that exist to transmissions only the professional”

“I originally came to master tech Gresham with a worn out steering lock housing. They said it could possibly take up to 6 months to fix because they had to get a new key code from the manufacturer. They were able to get me up and going again in a little over a month! They also noticed that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced too and suggested that they replace it before they returned it back to me. During the time they had my car I came to the shop on two separate occasions to get something out of my car. On one occasion my rear passenger door was left ajar and on another occasion my drivers side window was left down. And upon return of my car after the initial steering lock housing was fixed and serpentine belt replaced, my car was covered in tree sap from on of the fir trees nearby. Those are the areas I noticed needed improvement (but we all have room for improvement).
A couple months after having my car back I noticed that the steering column cover wasn’t on correctly. I contacted master tech and they said to bring it back in and they would take a look at it. Upon inspection and trying to fix it they said the part was brittle and needed to be replaced. These guys took it upon themselves to get the steering column fixed and they stuck with it until it was fixed correctly even when they were sent the wrong cover and some that were broken from their supplier. They got my car fixed back to how it was before I brought it in. I appreciate everything they did!
I marked overpriced because it was expensive but I also understand the Labor and the situation my car was in. The team at master tech is great and they will ensure the work is done properly”
