My stepdad introduced me to this shop 25 years ago. I had a positive experience then and have over and over throughout the years.Today I picked up my truck from repair and it either had dead battery's or faulting glow plugs. It took some time to get it started but the guys in the shop stuck with me in helping getting it started. Even going as far as adding oil at no charge to make sure it had the right engine pressure to start as it's a diesel. Could not be more impressed, appreciative and willing to refer them to anyone I know.

We were originally referred in just to get help with replacement piece. They were so kind and helpful, my husband was beside himself, he said "customer service like that barely exists anymore, those are my people!". A while later we needed a full transmission rebuild on my Jeep, which isn't fun news, but we knew it was in good hands.Gave the ok on Friday and she was ready to be picked up the following Friday!Thank you for taking great care of us!I'm sure there are many referrals coming!Larry and Katie Cusick

They were very professional, and did a really good job, it was on time and made my tranny shift better than before, all that was wrong with it was it was leaking, they went above and beyond, with a really good price and I thank them!!

Would highly recommend these guys!! It’s been a couple weeks since my car left the shop and so far she’s shifting like butter with no issues at all. But the impressive bit for me was how the man who quoted me for a transmission rebuild accidentally undersold me by $1000 and they HONORED THE QUOTE. They did a great job, got it done quicker than anticipated and for an AWESOME price! They had no legal obligation to honor his word, nothing in writing. These are good honest people down there and I would recommend my own mother. Thanks guys. Good stuff

Of you have a trans issue, you must go here. We have a yukon that has a manufacturing flaw that causes torque converter to blow up and inturn destroy the trans pump/and trans. Don't goto dealership or anywhere that would replace with OEM go here and get it upgraded and repaired so it won't happen again.

Never gonna find better service, these guys are stand up and there quality is exceptional! Not to mention the stand by there work! I will never use another transmission shop and anyone else that's had work done here will say the same!

I stopped by Trans Medic last week for some advice on my truck. The customer service from Michael was great. He and the guys were super helpful, personable and gave me an honest take. They have a large crew with a wealth of expertise, in transmission repair and general automotive experience. We agreed on scope of repair and they were able to welcome me in as a walk in right then without an appointment. Truck is running great now. I highly recommend these guys. Experts you can trust!

My mom and I took her Toyota Rav 4 in for an evaluation to Trans Medic after Toyota of Gladstone told her that she needed a new transmission to the tune of $8000.00. Her car has less than 100,000 miles on it and has always been maintained to Toyota Specs. Mom decided that we needed a second option, so we were referred to Trans Medic by people that have been super satisfied with their work. We called Michael and got the car in the same day. They diagnosed her car as just needing the transmission flushed and refilled with new fluid. They saved my mom over $8000.00 of services that were not needed. The car is running beautifully.
