I stopped by her shop to find out how much it would cost to get some stuff printed. She told me she would figure it out on the computer and email me the next day. She never did. I sent her a follow up email but she never responded. I even checked my spam folder.

The sign shop is fantastic! I now have the nicest sign around. The attention to detail was incredible. Completely exceeded my expectations in every way. And Very reasonably priced. l was looking for large menu sign for my food cart. The previous one I had from another shop looked like a boring word document. April came up with a beautiful design that was eye catching and stunning. She also worked with me every step and made sure it was perfect. Recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR SIGNS, April will make the signs before you get here and will charge you ontop of her already high price to change it, and her husband does not even work that well, 0/100 you should got to A to Z signs a los better

Went in as a small business owner looking for some old fashioned leg work in finding the right look. April nailed it. The people who had seen the sign say how nice it looks. Great job Sign Shop. 5+ Stars here at Big Q BBQ

Would advise to be careful on leaving a deposit at this shop. I inquired about getting an A-frame and menus done back around March last year right before the pandemic shut-down and was charged a $200 deposit. Thereafter, the shop was closed like all others. When I got back in touch in May, I requested a cancellation as there were barely any foot traffic and surrounding businesses were still closed to hand out menus. After several un-returned voicemails and emails, I finally got someone on the line and was told that some pre-graphic work had already been done. I have said that the shop can charge whatever it estimates for the labor and return the remaining amount. Nothing has been refunded. I have again left voicemails without hearing anything back. Would not recommend this shop based on this experience.

We are a family owned business and have used April and her team printing services for a couple of times to do the decals on our work vehicles. April has kept an exceptional attention to detail every time. We were quite impressed with the second vehicle she recently printed and installed. She took the borders out of our logo and perfected the "grey" color we were looking for. We must confess that we were not expecting that at all, like we mentioned, we were very surprised by the excellent results. The whole team did an outstanding job! We have to add that April was ready to make any changes in the mock-ups she sent to us. We are looking forward to keeping using their services as we might need to!

It won't allow me to personally delete this. I was simply looking up your shop to find a contact number for you and did not attempt a rating. I could not see what you were saying to me last night. Sorry, if I offended you with my driving. I actually had an emergency situation. The light that I "almost" ran was probably passable however I chose to brake abruptly instead of possibly running the light. Towing a trailer with 6k lbs in it and trying to stop on a dime is a whole different sitatuon that i don't expect you to know anything about But, whatever the issue was I am not sure how it negatively affected your life. I was doing 37 in a 35 and if im not mistaken you were traveling around 30-32. Was it that you were upset that i passed you? My ability to still make a safe stop at the light should have displayed the fact that i was barely over the speed limit. I actually did try to hire you guys in the past but we chose to go somewhere else in the long run. It was about 8 years ago I believe. Anyways, sorry for this rating. I will change it for you since I can't delete.
