Got my golden retriever groomed here. Paid $70, got a wash n dry, a little trim on her paws & behind, ears cleaned, as well as her nails trimmed & a cute bandana wrapped around her neck as a cherry on top after when we came back to pick our dog up. Great price in my opinion for all the services we got. Only took away one star because the conversations on the phone to book the appointment as well as the call that our dog was ready to pick up seemed a little rude & short. This was my first time booking my dog a grooming appointment so I didn't know much & the person on the phone seemed a little annoyed while explaining. I understand maybe they are just in a rush & busy but a more friendly tone would've made for a better customer service experience.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to shaggy tails for a while now and I love how great of a job they do. They also offer walk in nail trim/grinding which is so nice. One of my dogs is particularly difficult with nail trimming and Kira (not sure on spelling) somehow gets her to feel so comfortable and safe while she does her nails. 100% recommend this place for dog grooming needs and especially recommend Kira as she’s a natural dog whisperer!

My 12 year old dog got dropped off at 1:40 at this place and I was told to pick him back up at 5 pm, when I came almost 3 and a half hours later at 5 he was just then getting on the table to be cut and groomed. They completely shaved him bald, except for his paws and there was still some parts uncut that was just hanging. Completely unprofessional, my other 2 year old dog was also done, and all they did with him was his nails and cut around his butt. His entire stomach, and around his face was untouched I was charged 150 for this. I am completely upset and will NEVER go back here! This is ridiculous.

I've yet to bring my dog here for grooming, but I just want to comment on the business owner's grace and professionalism when dealing with problematic customers. I feel like so many people have short fuses these days, and anytime a business owner can stay calm, cool and collected when handling less-than-ideal customers... it's such a win for everyone. I'll be booking services here for my pug Penelope, and I'll share my experience with the Yelp community once I do. Honestly, I expect nothing but the best from Shaggy Tails Dog Salon based on my interactions thus far.

Shaggy tails took me as a walk-in and trimmed my dogs over grown nails within just a few minutes! Super nice ladies too!

This groomer did well with my Westie who is an older dog with stiff joints. Only drawback is that they won't do walk in anal gland expressing. They do take walk-in nails prices, comparable to other groomers.

1st visit for my Aussie mix was very positive, looks and smells great. Nice evenly trimmed hair, best he's looked in sometime. Friendly and efficient team performs better than the previous place I was going by a longshot.

We've had a hard time finding the right groomers for our Siberian husky, She is a handful but very sweet. But the other place we took her she was scared and they hurt her, So we got recommend by a friend to try Shaggy Tails and our Husky loves them, she behaves and never wants to leave when it's time to go home. So if you want a friendly, warm, and not break the bank go here.

I've been bringing my doodle here his entire life, about 5 years now. He has that big doodle personality and is very finicky, but Elizabeth always does an amazing job. Chevy also grooms our poodle puppy and is so gentle with her shy personality. I refuse to go anywhere else. And the dogs always smell sooo good when they come home.

The groomer was nice but I did not get anything close to what I asked for. I asked for an inch off of my puppy and I got a buzz cut. They basically took creative control and I don't even recognize my puppy. Went from my cute shaggy maltipoo to a mini shaved poodle with a mullet that is not even. I know hair grows but not fast enough. Save yourself and don't come here.
